I called the store and they were really nice to tell me that I could go and they could swap the flowers for me that they probably ran out of the ones I ordered and it was my first Mother's Day so I did not want to ruin it so I said okay and my husband took them but when he came back it was not very different from the first one we got. I am very disappointed, it did not look at all like the one I picked. Not even the base was the same. I found this shop on Yelp looking for a local florist to deliver flowers to my boss for her birthday. I live 40+ miles from her and work from home. I received all bright pink! This is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional! My mother hates bright pink! Light pink is her favorite colors. This company offered deluxe bouquet witch I paid extra and got less than what the SWAP SHOP offers. The gentle man Oscar offer to do a delivery and take care of the situation' you think that happened NOPE! I will never in my life recommend this place to anyone. When I proceeded to call him back at 4:00pm once I noticed there was no delivery he was extremely rude and nasty. The biggest scam of my life' as far as pro flowers they use the same exact photos as Rocio flower shop so there ABSOLUTLY NO REASON WHY THEY CANT MATCH WHAT YOU ORDER! On top of that the delivery that they charge they have the audacity to allow someone other than the receiver to sign and my mom had to pick them up from a completely different establishment after hours! Ill takes the loss for $70 plus dollars for a bullshit piece of work they had the nerve to deliver! I helped my brother order flowers to his GF since he lives in Seattle and she works in Sunrise. The flowers showed up on Friday at her job and we were surprised at what we saw. We didn't want for his GF to feel bad, since she was happy that he actually sent her something to her job. But what was delivered was not what he paid for. He ordered the "premium" arrangement. It was a HUGE disappointment and even when they resent her a new arrangement.. it still was not what he purchased. They didn't give her the chocolates he paid for... sigh, It ruined the surprise and the day. We are not the type to bash people online, but we are customers that don't give second chances. My boys paid extra so that my flowers they ordered would be delivered on Mother's day , Sunday, May 9th. They also ordered me chocolate which never came. The flowers did not arrive until 5:30 pm on Tuesday May 11th. Very disappointing. It did not even have a mothers day card or say love, Eric and Brian. I love that my sons thought of me and wanted me to have the flowers on Mothers day and I really wish they could have been delivered on Mothers day. Instead I got old hot flowers. Flowers are supposed to make you feel special. I feel like a got a dollar store left over arrangement with no card. I just wish my sons could have used a better florist, one that believes in good customer service and takes pride in their work. The florist could have at the very least called or apologized. Do not order any flowers from this flower shop please after one day flowers were dying in my Arrangement and two hours after they were delivered two heads off of two flowers fell off. I dealt with a person named Ofcar who said they could send another arrangement. When asked if the second arrangement would be any better, ofcar said they would use special care. My question then to him was why did they not use special Care on the first delivery to which he became very curt and exasperated. He then told me I would have to try and get my refund back from the original florist that sent the order since they were not local. since when should a customer have to fight for their refund when their arrangement was sub-standard? Very poor form and lackluster customer service. I will be ensuring that none of my friends on social media or locally in the community ever use this florist. read more

This will be, by far, my oddest review to date. I was working out in the yard this past Saturday when I see the delivery van pull up in front of my house. My daughter's boyfriend bought her flowers and a bear. The driver (and I use that term loosely) seemed to not know how to turn the van around. He pulled part way into the driveway with 1/2 the van on the grass, backed up 1/2 ass and proceeded to drive way down into my front drainage swale, crushing one of my culvert pipes. (You can google any of this terminology if I've lost you) so by now I'm standing there with my jaw on the floor wondering how anyone could think that was a good idea. So I light into the driver with a flurry of F-bombs!! At first he tried to deny it but his wet tire prints still led to the scene of the crime. When I signed for the flowers after a few more F-bombs, I wrote "driver damaged drainage pipe" and wrote my cell #. I waited until Sunday afternoon to call the shop. I spoke to Oscar and he assured me he would have someone look at it. When I got home from work Monday, there was a bouquet of flowers and someone fixed the crushed pipe. It wasn't perfect, but it wasn't perfect before either. I called Oscar to thank him for taking care of the issue so promptly. THAT is good customer service. If you are still reading this, I might as well tell you that the flowers in the vase with the stuffed bear attached was nice looking and well put together. I would use Roccio as my florist because they do nice work and keep their word. I just hope you don't get the same driver, as I believe he would run over your children, pets and landscaping and not even know. If I wasn't standing there, he sure wasn't going to say anything. Thanks again, Oscar! Smack that driver one more time for me!!! read more
