Additionally, I posted supporting relevant photos, yet they have not displayed with my review. This afternoon, the business owner posted a comment, which is not possible to respond to below his. In the comment, the owner stated what he deems as the net value of the flowers they delivered, absent a good-faith effort to resolve the matter by offering a credit for the difference, or a future arrangement. To do so would be to operate in a manner which is consistent with best practices and doing what is just for their customers.

My expectation was to have the flowers and bear provided at one time, not for them to have to come back out to deliver the bear I paid $29 for. The moment was missed and no offer to refund anything or provide a credit provided. They says it would be 10 minutes for them to go back out, but we are still waiting and it's been over an hour. The manager was nice enough, but should have offered something given the customer and what I paid and what is expected at that cost. I do not feel I was provided service excellence or an exceptional client experience.
