Marcia was fantastic to work with and was a quick, prompt communicator. She ensured every detail I wanted in my bouquets were present. We also rented the greenery wall to hang our neon sign on as a backdrop for our photobooth and it was a HUGE hit. I cannot recommend this business enough!

The flowers arrived and as they were nice do not look to be worth the $275 charge. My expectation was to have the flowers and bear provided at one time, not for them to have to come back out to deliver the bear I paid $29 for. The moment was missed and no offer to refund anything or provide a credit provided. They says it would be 10 minutes for them to go back out, but we are still waiting and it's been over an hour. The manager was nice enough, but should have offered something given the customer and what I paid and what is expected at that cost. I do not feel I was provided service excellence or an exceptional client experience.
