Seriously it was absolutely gorgeous, and the box it arrived it made it seem like I had spent x3 times the price. I am so impressed!! She was so accommodating,professional and beautiful work I went in with a few ideas and she put everything together perfectly! In addition to her beautiful work her prices were very reasonable and she worked with the budget we had. So I was definitely a bride that wanted to stick to a tight budget. I looked at Sams and Costco for flowers, but was nervous with how they would come out. I came across Annie's shop on google and gave her a call about 10 days before my wedding. I sent her pics of what I wanted. She gave me a great price and I was very, very happy with how my flowers came out and was glad that I decided to go with a florist to do my flowers. Thank you Annie for making my mother-in-law so happy during Easter. The delivery person explained every flower and even sang a religious verse with her and she was never so touched by a delivery. It made her Easter! When I placed the order, you seem to understand that my mother-in-law loved flowers and as artist, she painted and planted flowers. It's a week later and every night she glances at the beautiful floral arrangement and smiles and feels very loved. Normally I buy flowers from the grocery store but yesterday was our anniversary and I wanted to check out a florist. I searched online to find a place on my way home and most were closed by 4-5. Annie's was open so I changed my route with Winn Dixie as my backup. When I got there I was impressed by the crafty and colorful style you could see in everything around you. It really looks nice and you can feel the personal touch they put on it all. It turned out they decorate for all events and this husband/wife team were pretty awesome. I explained I was looking for a nice floral arrangement for our anniversary so he took me to the walk-in cooler they have and suggested some ideas. No premade arrangements there and they put together an awesome bouquet that looked professional. It was quick and fun to look through the picture books of past events and ideas. I got a great deal of her flowers and will definitely be checking with them for our next event. read more

I ordered a bouquet of flowers and a boutonnière for my wedding. Annie was great to deal with during the ordering process. She was very pleasant and worked with me on the price of the flowers. She offered to meet me on a Sunday at 9am as we were headed out of town for our wedding. She showed up at 9:15 and never apologized or called to say she was going to be late. In the rush of trying to hurry up and get the flowers and get out of town I didn't even realize she never gave me the boutonnière. I contacted her after I realized it and she did refund me some money - which is the only reason I am giving her three stars. It was too late as we were already too far away. The flowers were very pretty so that's a plus. And she was easy to work with (with the exception of the morning she was late). If you want pretty flowers it seems like she does a good job. Just make sure you double and triple check your stuff before the event to be sure it is all there. read more

Horrible customer service and liars at best. I called to order flowers yesterday morning at 9:30 AM, as soon as they opened. I spoke with Annie the owner and told her I needed the flowers delivered same day, her website also states as long as they are ordered by 2:00 pm, they will be delivered same day. I asked her to add roses to my chosen design from her website, and she agreed, I also upgraded the bouquet. We had some trouble understanding each other so I agreed to place the order online. Come to find out that she never delivered the flowers yesterday, nor did she call me to notify me. I spent half the morning calling her store with no answer, and no voicemail either, phones just kept ringing, so I emailed, no response. I finally reached her son at 1:45 PM and he told me that they were at the hotel and not at the shop, and the reason my flowers were not delivered yesterday was because the orchids shown on the photo were not delivered until this morning. I told him that they should've called me yesterday to notify me and given me the option to select another flower, as the recipient of my bouquet was being transferred out of the hospital into a rehab facility today. Her son apologized and told me the flowers were already on their way out for delivery. I asked him to please call me back and confirm that the flowers were delivered, and the roses added, and he promised to do that. He did not. I called back again today at 4:45 PM and spoke with the owner and she apologized for the miscommunication, saying they were extremely busy. When I again told her that she should've called me to notify me that the flowers were not going to be delivered on time, she did apologize and said that they were busy, but I told her that was not good enough because now my friend wasn't going to get the flowers. At this point she told me the flowers had already been delivered, and she offered no discounts or refunds, so I told her that after my horrible experience, I was going to write an honest review on yelp, especially since I chose her company after reading all of the reviews. We hung up, and then she called me back and offered to refund my purchase to preserve her 5 star rating, so I agreed not to post in favor of a full refund. But then I got an email at 5:45 PM tonight, one hour after hanging up with Annie, telling me the flowers had just been delivered, so the owner wasn't being honest earlier about the delivery time, and by that point, my friend had been transferred to the rehab facility. So the flowers were not delivered on time, twice, and the customer service is terrible. I wanted to shop local and support the community, but unfortunately I can't support this business and how they treat customers. I'm just glad I got my money back, but sad that my friend didn't receive her flowers to brighten her hospital stay. read more

I had never written a review before but I received such an excellent service from Annie's flowers that I feel I should leave a review. On the day of my son's prom, I needed to buy a corsage and boutonniere; the one we had bought online turned out to be of very poor quality. I Called many places without luck. Finally I called Annie's flowers and Annie (the owner) seeing my despair agreed to take my (very last minute) order even though she had many orders for prom for that day. I called at 10 in the morning and my order was ready at 3:30 in the afternoon. Not only did I receive a corsage and boutonniere but I received the most beautiful corsage and boutonniere I have seen in many years. My son and his date looked beautiful with these flower arrangements. From now on, whenever I need floral arrangements I will use the services of Annie's flowers.
