The woman did offer a replacement, but continued (by text) to fault me for the flowers not lasting. I wasn't contacting them for a replacement, but to inform them of my experience. I keep fresh flowers in my home every week. I know how to care for flowers. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS DEPLORABLE.

This was one of the most disrespectful and uncomfortable customer service experiences I've had in a…read morelong time. From the moment I walked in, it was clear I was not welcome. The staff member acted annoyed by my presence, offered no genuine help, and very quickly began speaking to me in a condescending and dismissive manner. When I asked reasonable questions about the pricing -- which was extremely high -- I was treated as if I couldn't afford it and as if my questions were a waste of her time. If you're going to charge luxury prices, you should be able to explain the value behind them. I work with a wide range of clients, including high-profile individuals, and I understand premium pricing very well. What I don't accept is being talked down to or made to feel inferior for wanting clarity. Instead of professionalism, I got attitude, judgment, and blatant disrespect. The interaction was so uncomfortable that it made me seriously question whether I was being profiled based on my appearance or the color of my skin. I can't prove intent, but the treatment was undeniably dismissive and degrading -- something no customer should ever experience. This business clearly does not value all customers equally. If you don't fit whatever image they've decided is "worth their time," expect to be rushed, judged, and disrespected. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to take their money elsewhere.

I was very disappointed in this experience for my mother's funeral…read more the way woman who took my Order was fast and furious with placing this order under an emotional moment. I trusted her. The plans had to be altered for a future date for the garden memorial. I asked to change the arrangements. I spent my time again and with the specific flowers of the ones I wanted changed. she wrote it down and was totally confused with everything she was doing with dates times, etc. was so stressful to get through. I picked up the flowers and nothing had changed. They were not the order I changed toThey were not as I changed to, was the order from September. Totally wrong And waste of my heart and time. Then she called and stated the difference was $20.38 she wanted the refund. E the difference fr the order. She could not process the card for the refund. When we picked up the order that was wrong no she charged another $20.38 . doubled charged and she can't seem to find it and needs more time and blames it all on accounting . This was the worst experience not t say it costs an exorbitant amount of money. Bad rip off and emotional dissatisfaction. Beware. Bad business.

My friend went into the store prior to my delivery to tell the maker of certain flowers that I wanted in a certain colors ,and for $56 what was delivered was a disgrace they looked more like only coronations witch wasn't what she ordered or asked for and my friend has been using Derby Forest for a long time . several years ago I received a delivery from my friend from Darbys & florist and the flowers died the very next day, my friend called and told Darby about the flowers didn't last and nothing was done or compensated. so my friend isn't complaining but the person that received them is me .I'm very unhappy with the quality of service that my friend and I were given and what she wanted to be delivered was not delivered the way she had asked for. Unfortunately we will no longer do business with Derby florist we have been in the city of Coral Springs for 30+ years and we like to take care of our local businesses but when you do not take care of your customers Request and your prices keep going up we take other options very disappointed this year March 17, 2026.
