I called ahead and explained exactly what I needed, and I was told "sure, no problem." However, when I arrived, I was assigned to someone who spoke very limited English. This is not meant disrespectfully, but the communication barrier made it almost impossible to explain what I wanted done. She genuinely could not understand me, and I could not properly communicate the shape and style I was asking for. Unfortunately, I left extremely disappointed. The shape of my nails looks terrible, there are bubbles underneath the nails, and overall, the work was very poor -- especially considering I paid top dollar for the service. It honestly pains me to leave a negative review because I've come here before, and maybe this was just my experience, but good communication is essential in a service where clients are paying for something very specific. I believe there should at least be a basic ability to communicate back and forth so customers can clearly explain what they want and feel understood.

And I was able to go right in there were two other women getting manicures done and I was brought over to the pedicure section. It's super quiet in the salon. A little bit creepy so, but I really liked the fact that it was off to the side and away from everybody else who's getting their nails done for manicures. I wish she had cut my nails just a little shorter, and when I mentioned, I thought I had an ingrown toenail, she smiled and said yes, but I didn't see her do anything about it. Additionally, the tubs are very shallow. They are currently putting a liner over the tub and filling that with water; however, the tubs still should be sterilized as the water comes in contact when the liner is removed. If they upgraded the seating on the pedicures, I would give them five stars. I don't get manicures, so I can't rate that.

I liked their online reservation system, it was very straight forward before arrival. You can book the person you want to see, or a time and then a service. Then you get a text if they accepted your appointment. However, it seemed like you could've booked anything online because when I came in to check in both the woman at the front and my technician asked me multiple times what I wanted. That part seemed a little disjointed. The place was rather busy with plenty of staff so I could tell that this was a well frequented place. Picking out regular nail polish was a tad disappointing because most colors on their wall were darker, lots of reds, and nothing was color coordinated so it just looked very dark overall. Luckily I found a gorgeous blue colored polish and stuck with that. The pedicure for the callous treatment was nice! She used a small electric foot file to help get off the callouses which I think helped a lot! I WILL say, I was sitting more towards the left side against the wall and after someone had used the restroom (I think) I could smell a sort of sewage smell (as stated from the review below me). Someone sprayed something and the smell went away but I hope they fix that issue soon. My callouses were smoothed out, my manicure was done and I overall was happy! Everything smelled so yummy and she made my toes look fantastic tho they did start to chip pretty soon after. My dazzle dry mani was where they lost some stars bc it wasn't as opaque as I would have liked it to be and after a week of hand washing at work, the color seems to have faded?? Maybe that's the quality of the polish and not the actual application by the tech, but not the happiest I've been with a mani. I do love the aesthetic of the shop though! Very pretty, modern and clean inside.
