I had several things around the house that needed repair and, after going over the details with one of the representatives (not Andy), an appointment was set up for the following day. I reconfirmed the appointment time in the morning, then rearranged my work schedule (including two meetings) to make sure I was here to meet him. The appointment time came and went - after an hour and a half, it was clear no one was showing up. I left two messages (phone and email) to find out what had happened. No one bothered to return my messages or apologize for the inconvenience. Apparently, their time is more valuable than mine.

I have added him to my "favorites" in my phone, as I will for sure be calling him in the near future. I highly recommend Andy for any work you have around your home.

Unfortunately we had another Handyman service come and seal our front door due to warm air entering. Chris was not available that day so we didn't have may options. Well, shame on us as we should have waited for Chris to become available. The seal and insulation was coming off a week later. We made an appointment with Chris to give us a bid of taking out our sliding patio door and installing French Doors and we had him look at the door. Thanks god we did as the last contractor installed the incorrect material. Oh well, lessened learned, we will wait a coup extra days for Priority One. Chris will be here today 6/8/2018 to insulate back door and front door that was done improperly and at that time we will let him know which French door we would like installed. Rob, Marty and Pat... I cannot express how pleased we were with their tile removal and leveling…read moreservice they provided to us! My wife and I bought a fixer upper with the intention of DIY'ing the majority of the work. Little did we know, leveling floors is not as easy when covering large areas. After an embarrassing attempt, I waved the white flag and sought out estimates to get the job done. When I met with Rob (the owner), I knew we were going to go with him. Rob wasn't the cheapest, but he was the best. He was thorough with his assessment and explained what needed to be done. The entire home (2,600 sq ft) needed to be leveled, and we knew this before requesting estimates. Rob laid out the expectations up-front. He explained the process and that it would take over a week to complete the job. the floors were uneven throughout the home and the previous homeowners masked the imperfections with carpet, tile and vinyl flooring. In some areas, the floor varied by as much as 1.25 inches. We knew that we needed to hire someone we would trust and would do the job as expected. We hired Flooring Professionals to remove the Vinyl and tile flooring. Unbeknownst to us prior to contacting them, we were not aware that this task could be done using dust free technology, which was an added bonus, since we were living in the home throughout the process. Rob and his team spent a little over a week removing the tile, grinding the concrete, leveling the floors. When returning home each evening, we were able to see the progress that was done during the day and all of the tools were neatly placed away. While that wasn't expected, it was a clear indication that they take pride in their work. Also, all of the debris from the floor they had removed was placed in bins on the side of the home in an organized fashion. They were very professional, courteous, ON TIME and TRUST-WORTHY. Thank you again for your hard work and professionalism. Having our floors leveled was money well spent.

I've finally reached a conclusion with who is paying for water mitigation and repairs that were needed for my three damaged rooms. I connected with Coakley Construction and Inspection, explained the issues I had with Dave toy home, back and forth with my insurance and HOA, and sent photos of all the damage, he agreed to take me on to do drywall and shelving to help get the insides of my home, inside once again. I would handle paint and flooring myself or through another vendor. He quoted me a three day timeline but put me in for a few weeks out, after four months of back and forth with insurance and HOA, I just needed to get moving on repairs and deal with collecting repayment on all my receipts when I can. Eric and his crew were just a day or two behind their initial date estimate due to run over on their previous job and stuck to the three days to get me put back together! Eric talked about his inspection services while he was here and pointed out a few things while he was on site, he is super detail oriented when it comes to property and home inspection; no faucet handle left unturned.
