This place has a reputation for being one and only ok place to get your nails done. So, being the smart person I am and me being there before I called to check how busy they are and make an appt. the man on the phone told me to come in 30 minutes. I come in 30-40 min because I passed by the salon and saw it was horribly busy I went to get a drink before coming in. When I arrived I wasn't even greeted until after about 10 minutes and there was a line out the door. I explained I called for a fill and I ended up WAITING behind 6 nails. It took about an hour and 10 minutes to even sit down in the chair just for the lady to RUSH through my full giving my lumpy and uneven acrylic with horrible paint job... she also used old nail files on me. Oh and with gel polish mind you so I can't even fix it myself. I ended up paying 30$, which they overcharged me. Gel fill 23$ and a replacement for 3$. Doesn't equal 30, FYI. I will be DRIVING to Springfield or Rolla for my next fill and I will NEVER waste my time again. What a horrible place, honestly don't know how you have the reputation you do. read more

I went in for a gel fill and waited like 5 or ten minutes before another customer comes in for pedi and mani. Nail tech informed me I had to wait ten minutes and I figured maybe 15 to finish out whatever she was working on. I lost track of time waiting and realized 35 minutes had gone by and my nail tech was helping the customer who came in after me. I was furious that she made me waste my time and she didn't bother to tell she was going to help the "higher paying customer." She got her money for now but she lost a customer. I'm sure the woman who came after me would have waited her turn without a problem. read more

My once beautifully thick brows were ruined and made super thin and on top of that, they're overpriced compared to LA prices which is really annoying because of how dirty the salon is along with the terrible wait time. I would not recommend this place, I've gone multiple times hoping for a better experience and I'm never satisfied. read more

I went from being a regular at this salon to not as often, because of work conflicts and WOW, can I tell the difference in treatment. They definitely treat you like crap. I was a very loyal customer for three years and to be treated like I didn't matter is absolutely ridiculous. read more

Okay so I'm new to the area and came here to get my eyebrows threaded which was okay. A little thinner than I usually like but the shape was nice. I don't usually write reviews but I am specifically writing to tell you I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. By a different person for each one. These people do NOT know how to paint the entire nail. They have issues with painting the sides of the nails for whatever reason and down to the cuticle. I pointed out both times it looks like the sides of the nails aren't painted at all can you fix it to which I was told the second coat the second coat I'll get it and needless to say I am leaving after spending 80 dollars with nails not fully painted and too thin eyebrows. ALSO to note this place is loaded with flys all over the place, black mold all over the place and it is not very clean. I'll pay more to go some place more upscale next time. read more

I went for a pedicure. Friendly service. Easy to get to. Reasonable prices. They're open on Sundays. I would definitely go back. I'd recommend making an appointment before hand as they tend to be busy. read more

Went in for a mani/pedi today, I checked their hours before hand and it showed they opened at 9:30 (Given that it's a Saturday I decided to get there right at opening so I wouldn't have to wait as i assume they would get super busy). No workers arrived until about 9:45. Not the cleanest place, but workers were very friendly. I didn't get out of there till 12:00 pm. Took way to long for a simple mani/pedi. Overall service was okay, but all other aspects I wasn't very satisfied. I think I will just stick to my regular place. read more

I was just visiting this state & wanted a last minute manicure. Found this place & stopped! Very clean & friendly environment. Would recommend to anyone. Manicure cost me $25, asked how much Mani & Pedi would be and they told me it cost $50. Reasonably priced salon. read more

I just walked in this place to get my nails redone and a pedicure and I literally sat in there for 15 minutes before walking out. No one said a word to me, there were 3-4 employees sitting looking at their phones and walking around. There was one female finishing up a pedicure and that was it. This place deserves no stars. I was in town visiting family and needed my nails done. I will not visit this establishment again. From the moment I walked in the door it was a negative experiance. The guy that I guess supervises the establishment was rude. I asked about the wait and he gave me push back when I asked how long the wait was. I wasn't going to be around long and I didn't want to have to sit for hours waiting. He did tell the girls to put us in a seat but we still have to wait awhile to get our nails done. Fine. The chairs that are suppose to be apart of your experiance do not work. So I was unable to move my seat forward. For me this is important because I'm 4'10 and if I can't make seat adjustements then it's hard for me and the tech. There were flies everywhere and bees. To top it all off I got a mani/pedi and my clear nail polish was off in a day. My pedicure job wasn't smooth my 10 year old niece does a better. The communication there is bad. My friend was with and she wanted both a mani pedi. The lady who completed her pedi just got up and left..went to back for like 15 mins returned and bagan doing work on another person. We had to get up and let them know that she had another service. All I can say is they have a best establishment award on the wall and I'm not 100% sure they earned that. I swore I wouldn't come for a pedicure a 2nd time but did anyway. The polish chips within a week (because of technique), somehow I have a hangnail that wasn't caught during the extensive cuticle cutting, and I've had to use the nail file myself both times because my toenails weren't buffed well and they were rough around edges. In my experience they short change you-you don't even get a hot towel with a regular $20 pedi. People are nice, but I won't be going back. read more

LV Nails is one of the best nail salons in the area! I began going to them from day one! The staff is professional and nice! Henry the owner is wonderful! He understands what you want and has so much talent! The salon has many amenities and is Very Clean! They are there when you need them and shows value toward their customers. Just last week I was in a need of an appointment, Henry fit me in that day and even stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. most of the staff are rude. one of the nail techs (female) was pissed off because i would not take the higher costing option for my pedicure, i later observed that she was not cleaning my nails properly & asked her about it, she got mad and walked away refusing to continue with the work. to avoid a scene, i paid & left even though the work was incomplete. I have been there several times prior to this incidence & just kept quiet when the techs behaved badly I kept going because they do good eye brow waxing & there are limited options in the area but after this embarrassing incidence I no longer visit that place. their attitude BAD!! read more
