Nick and team are really great. I had a circuit in our kitchen that was permanently tripped…read more Prior to Nick, not one but TWO electricians no-showed on me, and a third said he couldn't get to me for over two weeks. Nick gave me a next day appointment and arrived on time. He and his team troubleshot the problem for quite a while and thought they had it narrowed down to a bad light switch. Once they swapped the switch, the circuit worked fine...for about 36 hours. I called him up and he said they would be back the next day. He pulled the box behind the light switch and snaked in a camera, wherein he discovered the the line to the box was damaged at a staple point. "Whoever did this should have used plastic, not metal staples." How did Nick correct this? The easier thing for him would have been to go in from the other side of the wall -- thru the drywall which would have left me needing another repair, plus the worry if the texture would get matched right. Instead, requiring more effort on his part, he went in thru the back of the cabinet under the sink -- and he had to work around the garbage disposal that was squarely in the way. I will definitely use them again the next time I need electrical work.

I agreed thinking I would get a product back that looked worth the $900 estimate. The wood back board is cheap looking with white streaks. The bottom row of letters are very crooked and one letter isn't the same color as the others. There's holes in my wall and wires showing. I was also no showed on the day we had scheduled for installation- Friday. I took off work to allow them the space to hang it and received no call or inquiry that they would not be coming. Bryan promptly returned my texts, provided a fair and clear estimate, and we got it scheduled right away. Bryan and his apprentice, Dillon, from Seven Petal Electric, came and began to work rightaway away at 8:00 AM. Bryan is exceptionally knowledgeable about breaker boxes and was completely transparent about exactly what he was going to do and how long the job would take. Bryan walked me through what he was doing and what needed to be done to get the box back up and running. He also double-checked with his apprentice to make sure everything was being done correctly. I believe Bryan is a very professional individual who genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his work. I look forward to having Bryan handle all my future electrical services because I know it will last a long time when a professional like him installs it. Thanks, Bryan, for what you did! This was my first time using Seven Petal Electric for a replacement job, and I am absolutely happy with the results. What I like about Seven Petal Electric generally, and Bryan specifically, is that he is incredibly transparent about what he is going to do and what to expect. There was never any ambiguity about the cost, time, or outcome of the project. I truly appreciated the transparency at every step of replacing the breaker box. On a side note, I also highly appreciated how Bryan was mentoring his apprentice--explaining the right way to do things and what to watch out for. The stellar workmanship from Seven Petal Electric was the determining factor that convinced me to hire them again in the near future. As long as their workmanship remains this high and they continue to prioritize customer satisfaction, I will always use Seven Petal Electric and will highly recommend them to my co-workers and friends.
