I had to call 5 times to get them to come out to take the Satelite down that was hooked-up temporarly because it was stalled in the Winter. They never came back to install it properly. Finally after having to be load, they came out but only took the satelite and left hanging cords on my roof and the bracket at the top. I am older and can not get on the roof. Again called serveral times with a promise to take it down. Nope still up there after months. Beware of giving you what you want, but then "no" customer service after that. I think the owner is just made because he lost so much business to the Fiber Optics in the area. Stay away as a choice of internet.

Currently it is Saturday, internet has been out all day with no way to contact them until Monday. I know the issue is not on my end. I have flushed dns, released and renewed my IP addy, restarted modem and PC several times, changed DNS servers, and ran network diagnistics. I am done with this ISP and will be changing providers on Monday. This is a wireless service and I have direct line of sight to their antennas which are literally 250 feet or less from my house. You can't get any closer then that. I would not recommend JCWIFI a.k.a Computer Dynamics to anyone.

Upon our return we were having some difficulty connecting to the internet. The rep who answered the phone was very patient and helpful. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem...it was a rather simple fix at our end. He stayed on the line until we had connectivity. Their answer for everything is to give me a "new" (i.e. refurbished old modem). The most recent one was manufactured in 2007. My recent calls to them remained unanswered. Basically, they dropped the ball. Their customer service hours are 8-4:30 Mon-Fri. If you have a problem on the weekend or after 4:30, forget it. You get an answering service in which the messages are not forwarded. I'd been a customer for over 10 years. I've had enough and moved my service elsewhere that offers a lot better service for the same price.
