Upon our return we were having some difficulty connecting to the internet. The rep who answered the phone was very patient and helpful. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem...it was a rather simple fix at our end. He stayed on the line until we had connectivity. I would highly recommend anyone looking for good, dependable home internet service in the Chicago area. Though based in McHenry, they are able to provide service in a nearby Western suburb of Chicago and you might find it worth seeing if they provide service near you.

Instead of expediting another delivery, they scheduled a tech appointment on 7/3/26. I called again after not receiving a confirmation and they shared that the appointment was requested, not confirmed, and there is no technician until the following week. I have asked them to expedite the request - I will literally pick up the equipment if needed to no avail. They also cannot provide me any information about my account to check on the technician confirmation. I have no idea if they will show up, where the equipment will be, or when I will be connected to the Internet, despite it being over a week from initial request. Highly disappointed!!!!!!

However they've had seven technicians come out on different occasions most of them said that they installers ran it the wrong way. Finally, they dug underneath my driveway and now they left a 1 inch piece of up in the air with caution tape still nodded around the line. Apparently, the grants that do the digging aren't the ones that do the termination I don't care I've called so many times to get zero response and all I want is for them to do is bury the line. The Internet is fantastic but the customer service when it comes to getting this line out of the middle of my yard is ridiculous and they don't care keep telling you is I'm gonna escalate this one escalate seven of them like can we just bury a line if a jogger is running down my sidewalk and trips over that piece of homeowners insurance gets hit mine. . I'm so disappointed and disgusted with the customer service that you get from the ghetto people that you call to try to get things done..

Their answer for everything is to give me a "new" (i.e. refurbished old modem). The most recent one was manufactured in 2007. My recent calls to them remained unanswered. Basically, they dropped the ball. Their customer service hours are 8-4:30 Mon-Fri. If you have a problem on the weekend or after 4:30, forget it. You get an answering service in which the messages are not forwarded. I'd been a customer for over 10 years. I've had enough and moved my service elsewhere that offers a lot better service for the same price.
