Expensive and unreliable. $45 a month for a 5 Meg connection. Internet goes out at least once a…read moremonth for several hours or longer. After hours support number rings 5 or 6 times then hangs up. There is no way to report outages or know if they are working on it. Currently it is Saturday, internet has been out all day with no way to contact them until Monday. I know the issue is not on my end. I have flushed dns, released and renewed my IP addy, restarted modem and PC several times, changed DNS servers, and ran network diagnistics. I am done with this ISP and will be changing providers on Monday. This is a wireless service and I have direct line of sight to their antennas which are literally 250 feet or less from my house. You can't get any closer then that. I would not recommend JCWIFI a.k.a Computer Dynamics to anyone.
