Finally after having to be load, they came out but only took the satelite and left hanging cords on my roof and the bracket at the top. I am older and can not get on the roof. Again called serveral times with a promise to take it down. Nope still up there after months. Beware of giving you what you want, but then "no" customer service after that. I am done with this ISP and will be changing providers on Monday. This is a wireless service and I have direct line of sight to their antennas which are literally 250 feet or less from my house. Their answer for everything is to give me a "new" (i.e. refurbished old modem). The most recent one was manufactured in 2007. My recent calls to them remained unanswered. Basically, they dropped the ball. Their customer service hours are 8-4:30 Mon-Fri. If you have a problem on the weekend or after 4:30, forget it. You get an answering service in which the messages are not forwarded. I'd been a customer for over 10 years. I've had enough and moved my service elsewhere that offers a lot better service for the same price.

During my explanation I could hear the woman whispering to someone. She then said I'm sorry you are breaking up. I repeated my self two more times, all the while I could hear the US Cellular representative whispering to someone. The representative kept saying "you are breaking up". It must be your current carrier, and that "you should stop in, to discuss". I asked for a manager and she hung up on me. I called back and asked her for a manager and was given a male representative. I told him that I have lived in this town for a year and no one has ever told me that "I am breaking up". I asked for a district manager and he was going to get me a number and then I was disconnected.
