I recently had my mother go into Printing ETC to order my wedding invitations. I sent her an email…read morewith the wording and everything how I wanted it. She printed it out and took it with her when she went in. The lady worked assured us that our invites would have the EXACT wording as the piece of paper that we printed out for her. She ordered the invites and about a week later we received them. My mom brought them out to me and when I looked at them I noticed there were few problems and it wasn't exactly like the paper, like we were promised. No body proof read them before they were sent out. The first time on the invitations was suppose to say "Two Lives, One Heart", and they forgot to capitalize the L in Lives so it looked really off. Also the "and" between our names was suppose to be "&&" which is wasn't, And the website on the back of the invite was in a different font and size and split up into 3 lines so it looked really tacky. My mom already paid in full cause she assumed they would be right when paying so much for getting professional invitations... So she took them back and they redid them, but wouldn't pay for a rush order, they said that if we wanted them rushed we would have to pay for that. (which I thought was wrong cause it was the printing companies fault.) A week later we received them and they were WRONG AGAIN! They fixed what we asked them too... but when they put in the "&&" they left the "and" in there too. It looked ridiculous and I wanted my money back, seeing that I was already a week behind schedule. My mom being more calm then I talked to them and gave them one more chance to fix them. They finally got them right but it wasn't worth the hassle.

I sent an inquiry on Yelp and received a response, immediately. From the first phone call, Ayom was patient and, although, we already had a draft, it required a lot of edits and back and forth design input from him. We did not pay for design services but, Ayom caught typos, and made several suggestions to make the finished product better. He was very encouraging, collaborative and patient and he probably could have charged me more for the value that he provided. As if that was not enough, on the day of the service, we ran out of programs and I texted to see if I could order more copies and get them in 2 hours.....Ayom came through and offered to deliver them to the church or hotel. The product and service far exceeded everyone's expectations. The program is the star of the show at funerals and I needed the family to be happy with it. My friend could not stop thanking me for choosing the right printer who realized their vision of how to memorialize their mother.
