I've gone from a simple 1040EZ with nothing more than one W2, to having to submit upwards of 10 various IRS forms. This particular location has a very well versed professional named Connie Moses. I took the time to ensure I was paired up with someone who is aware of how active duty military pay, retirement pay, etc gets handled. (It's always quite the experience if I'm being honest, having to explain, but I'm thankful I didn't have to with Connie!) Yes, filing can be pricey. It could be far less pricey if I did it myself, but the more documents there are the more my confidence drops. I'd rather have H&R Block manage this aspect of my life, and know they'll cover expenses should anything go awry.
