Horrible experience from start to finish. What made it worse was that the esthetician doing my…read morefacial was clearly sick--sniffling and congested the entire time. Shortly after, I ended up getting a cold and a cold sore, and now I'm left with a scar on my lip. My daughter also had a terrible reaction--she broke out badly after her facial. Because of all this, I canceled future appointments for my family, and instead of showing any concern, they charged me a cancellation fee. That just added insult to injury. As a physician, I take hygiene and safety seriously, and this place completely missed the mark. I will never go back and would not recommend it to anyone.

My beloved eyebrow place closed recently *insert a waterfall of tears* and I was forced to make a…read morechange. I have really sensitive skin and always break out after getting my brows done, whether I do wax or threading. I decided I had nothing to lose by booking a brow appointment at Sugar and Hive. I thought I was booking an appointment to have sugaring done, but when I got there they clarified that it was wax, which was no problem. The area was bright, nicely decorated and squeaky clean. There's a large open treatment area where the facials and other skin services are done and then a couple of treatment rooms for body waxing. My waxer happened to be able to do my brows in one of the treatment rooms which I was glad about. I walked in and was floored by the over the top (see what I did there?) decor. The wallpaper on the ceiling is such a nice touch since you're laying down on the table. I love when businesses really hone in on the little details in order to make the space shine. After talking through my options, we decided to go with hard wax, instead of soft, for my sensitive skin. The treatment was painless and afterward she covered the area with hydrocortisone cream. My eyebrows looked very natural and nicely shaped. I was very happy with the service and the best part is that I didn't break out! The hydrocortisone cream must have been the golden ticket. I made my next appointment before I left and am looking forward to it.

I visited habit after looking for a spa for a facial as a Valentine's Day treat to myself. I…read morereceived a lot of ads about habit after searching and they were offering a new customer special. I received a custom facial from Lani and it was a great experience. She was super friendly and explained exactly what products she'd use based on my skin from her observation and my concerns. The facial was awesome and I'd love to put it in my routine consistently but it'd be a bit of a splurge for me. Now the space itself was beautiful but could use some improvements for customer experience. First the room I received my facial didn't have a curtain it was open which made it hard to relax and wind down because I could hear people moving throughout the spa and talking. A lot of talking. Not obnoxiously just more than I'd care to hear since I came to relax. Lastly. The music choices could also be a bit more relaxing like calming/soothing instrumentals rather than music with lyrics. Overall I'd visit again but some changes could make this a much better experience.

I saw her for Botox and filler on the recommendation of a friend who had raved about her. She did not disappoint! Let me just say that this is not my first rodeo and I purposely scheduled for a Friday and cleared my weekend fully expecting to ride out the next 3 days looking like a bruised and swollen freakish monster which has been the case each and every time I have had filler injections in the past. I was amazed that Friday night came and went with minimal swelling and bruising. I woke up Saturday fully expecting not to recognize myself in the mirror and was stunned to see minimal swelling. Today, Sunday, my face looks beautiful!!! Now I'm just bummed that I don't have any plans!!!! I am truly a believer and beyond impressed with Rachel. She has me as a patient for life! Look no further for a beautiful face- Rachel is a true artist. Not only is she an expert in her field but is equally kind and you leave feeling like a friend. If you want to turn back the clock and look youthful and radiant she has you covered and in my opinion is the absolute gold standard for providers.
