Went to the MOA location looking to get what I could for skincare advice since I'm dealing with some new breakouts and don't think it's too serious for a dermatologist. Chris, one of the employees working that night, helped me out right away. He was very eager to help, knowledgeable about all products and skincare in general, and honest about how I should deal with the breakouts and what they actually meant for my skin type. He was more than impressive. To top his awesome advice, I told him I was not ready to purchase all of what he recommended today. He said that was no issue and provided SOME, but not all [didn't have it or out of stock] samples to me in order to see how they worked for my skin. I thought was more than above and beyond. He went to the skincare stars and back! I will be trying out all products [which I really only hear great things about, including celebs who could buy any product they wanted] and reporting back to the employees at this store because I know they'll give me great feedback. Even if the products don't work for my skin, I'm more than satisfied with the service they provided at this location. Thank you Chris!

When I left my hair was a cohesive, in-style choppy layered shape. The shampoo was relaxing. The chat felt like I was talking to an old friend, even though we had never met before! I had received a gift card from my 14 year old younger brother for $60, and when I went to go use it at this store, the person working at the cashier, (her name is Hailey) was rude from the start. She didn't smile and when I gave her my gift card she said there was only 12 cents on it. I told her that was not possible as the gift card had been with us since it was purchased a week earlier and we had made absolutely no purchases on it. She made calls and through the whole process when I would say thank you for your help, she would ignore me and was very rude. Finally she gave over the gift card and said that it was our problem to deal with and that she couldn't help us. We told her that it shouldn't be our problem because we had the card with the PIN number still unscratched and the proof of purchase with receipt. Hailey, the cashier, told us that she can't handle us anymore to her coworker and that she didn't like the way we were talking to her, rolled her eyes, threw our gift card to her coworker, Ellen, and walked out. We were relieved that we received a new worker and that she might be better, but without any respect to us as the customer, she said, "I will not serve you if you will act that way towards my coworker". We were absolutely stunned at this terrible customer service, as this is the worst experience we have ever encountered. We walked out of the store, cheated of our $60, without no help, or without any proper customer service. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with AE and will no longer be shopping here. Ellen and Hailey from this AE store in the Eden Praire Center were absolutely terrible, and should be punished for their horrible customer service and how they treated us. It's very sad that a company would cheat a 14 year old boy who saved his money all year to buy his sister a gift card, and there was no help in return of this situation. Very, very disappointing especially when we have the orignal receipt and gift card and every type of proof of purchase of the gift card. Bella on the Bay is my favorite spa in Minnesota. Bella offers everything you need - hair, body and nail services - all in one convenient location: Downtown Excelsior. I used to get my eyebrows waxed at Bella (I now try to maintain on my own to save $, but when I do get them waxed, I no longer go to Bella - no particular reason). I've had an awesome massage at Bella... they give you the royal treatment... flip flops, plush white robe, tea and a warm fire place while you wait... when the masseuse leaves the room at the end of the service, she goes into the locker room and turns on the shower for you so it is ready and warm when you get in there. I've also had a pedicure at Bella and loved it. One downfall to Bella is the parking. Being in Downtown Excelsior makes parking sparse from the get-go and it doesn't help that Bella has a very small number of spaces reserved for customers. There is a tiny lot behind the building with room for about 4 or 5 cars - unfortunately, it's a small driveway to get back to the lot and you have no idea if it's full or not. So, if you get back there and it's full, you have to back up, go forward, back up, go forward, etc to turn around and get back out to the street. I got my pedicure in the dead of winter and had to walk a block and a half in flip flops to get to my car because there were no parking spaces nearby when I arrived.
