beautiful products however they never tell you of their return policy. when i queried this and said i never was told of the return policy, the sales associate very rudely and passively just pointed to the smallest of signs and said their return policy was on display and on the receipt. i shopped here less than 24 hours ago and found something different that worked better for me and wanted to return the piece, not get store credit. when i stated i hadn't even opened the bag, let alone saw the receipt nor was i informed of the policy, she asked "does every store tell you of their return policy when you purchase something". my response was "yes, if it's a large enough dollar amount spent, then yes i do". she rolled her eyes, and said "well, just so you know most small businesses won't tell you their return policy" which i think is utter BS. i ended up getting a full return, but complete passive aggressive attitude by the associate and she was just completely rude. i will never shop here again, everything is WAY overpriced anyways. read more

The best of the best. Took my teen here for her first ever bra fitting and was positively impressed. Like being in France at a sweet little lingerie shop. Wonderful owner. There aren't many of these shops left in our world with such heart and great goods. Go and treat yourself - or best yet, nurture a healthy habit of wearing high quality undergarments. Enjoy! read more

Flirt is this superb little lingerie shop that has a girly vintage thing going on. It makes you want to dress up like a retro pin-up, which you can actually do here. Flirt's atmosphere has a lot of character, just like the actual underthings. This isn't a store for everyday undergarments, but definitely a perfect place for something special and glamorous for the bombshell in you. Think old Hollywood satin and lace and those little kitten heels with pom-poms on them. Not only do they sell the prettiest bras and underwear, but it's actually fairly priced... especially when you compare it to the usual Victoria Secret stuff. In addition to the lingerie and some accessories, they also have some fun little play-things like feather wands for the lady to use on her bedtime companion. Or vice versa. Ooh la la! read more

Jessica is friendly and knowledgeable and makes shopping really pleasant! The store is a little spendy, but it's a great place to get brands that are hard to find in the US/Twin Cities. Because the shop is pretty small, size availability is sometimes a bit limited, so check back often for new arrivals. read more

I shopped at flirt for Lingerie a few weeks ago. The day I was shopping I tried on a slip over my clothes for size and said I would try it on again when I got home because I was recovering from surgery and it was too painful to remove my clothes. No one told me about their return policy until I called and said that I had tried it at home and didn't like the fit and wanted to bring it back. (Slip was $295) I was told by the owner over the phone that they don't take returns unless it's for store credit and that their return policy was displayed at checkout. The return policy was in a 8 x 10 frame somewhere on the counter. No one ever verbally said are you sure you want to take this are you familiar with our return policy because if you aren't then maybe you should try it on without your clothes on. Finally the store owner said that she would take it back but I would never be allowed to shop in her store again. When I got back to the store to return the item the sales person was exceptionally rude to me and closely examined the slip to make sure it hadn't been worn then told me the next time maybe I should be more careful about my purchases. I felt like a criminal and although I believe they have very nice merchandise I do not believe that I was treated with any kind of courtesy or respect. BEWARE IF YOU SHOP THERE read more

This shop is magical. I stopped in here to find a gift for my friend's bachelorette party and the two people working were very nice and helpful. Full disclosure: I'm hella queer so sometimes when I go into lingerie stores I feel a little out of place, but when I stepped in here I felt immediately welcome! They were like, "want some champagne?" and I was like, "Is this real life?" IT WAS REAL LIFE. PRETTY THINGS AND CHAMPAGNE. YOU GUYS. I was impressed by the diversity of styles they had in such a small place too. I found the perfect gift for my friend and saw some things I wanted for myself too! It's a little out of my price range for everyday undies, but I'll definitely be back when I need something special. read more

I have driven by several shops but was not sure exactly what they did it was although I had heard a little on the radio about it. I stopped in with a girlfriend and Sara worked with both of us for fitting. The selection is amazing and the fitting was relaxing and fun and low pressure. The shop is beautiful and all the merchandise is beautiful and very nice quality - a little expensive but worth it! I would shop here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone. Loved it! read more

I checked out their location in North Loop and found it closed. A couple days later I made my way to this location on Snelling and I am so glad I did. I found the cutest little lingerie shop and the lady working was incredibly sweet and helpful. I came in looking for thigh highs and she showed me the variety and also explained the different kinds they had. I picked one that I wanted to try, but there was someone using their fitting room (there's only one little but adorable fitting room). While I waited, I browsed the store and found some sexyass panties, bras, robes, and body care items. My eyes and nose went to the perfume oil. Oooh! While waiting, the lady working offered me some free champagne while I was browsing (free champagne on Saturdays). I declined because let's face it: me + alcohol + shopping = death The service is amazing, the products are great quality, but it's more on the pricey side. read more

If you're in need of something incredibly unique and sexy, go to Flirt. This shop is a definite must if a girl wants something a bit more special than the stuff from the Victoria's Secret catalog. The items the shop offers come from all over and the sizing standards changes from country to country, so trying everything on is a must. The employees are incredibly knowledgeable and will give ideas or suggest an alternative size for those pesky European designers. New items come in weekly and once a season they have a sale. It's really nice to have a place that focuses on fun sex appeal with some class, without a huge dosage of cheesy costumes. read more

I like Flirt, I really do. They have some of the nicest, retro-est underthings around. The shop girls are always friendly and they have a cute little change room. My only issue is that they don't seem to have a whole range of sizes. They don't seem to go beyond a DD (E) in most things. I wonder if it is me -- if I am expecting them to be like the places I used to shop for bras in NYC (Journelle or Intimacy) where they had a bazillion sizes and trained ladies to help you find the right size. Maybe I am expecting too much? It is a solid shop for what it does have, I just wish it had a little bit more. read more

I love Flirt Boutique, it's as good as it gets. Every time I fly through Minneapolis I find amazing lingerie here and make a point of treating myself! Some may find the price a bit high but you seriously cannot put a price on quality lingerie that makes you feel confident and unique. read more

I don't know much about ladies undies, but J seemed pleased by several items in here. And trust me, she is one picky girl. It seems that yesterday this place was Vagabond, so I inquired with the bored girl behind the counter. She said it changed about a month ago, same owner, she just wanted something different. So there you have it. read more

Not only do they have a great collection of lingerie, they also have super cool jewelry. I got my fav pair of earrings from this place. Note: they are guy-friendly and very helpful for those of you who are looking for a sassy gift for the wife! read more

I was really impressed by this store. They had all sorts of things like pj's, underwear, robes and tanks. They also had some cute random stuff like yoga bags, handbags, candles and jewelry. I stopped by to pick out something saucy. When I couldn't find the correct size they took it off the mannequin. Bonus: the women behind the counter was helpful and chatty. read more

If your're in the mood to feel girly, Flirt is the place for you. The shope is small, and walking inside feels like you are stepping into the 1920's. Everything about this shop is girly and delicate. Just looking through the lingerie makes you feel sexy. This is one of those places that should probably be reserved for special occassion purchases since most items are over $60. I happened to have a gift card, so there were no excuses. The only strange thing was the dressing room. There's a door on the back wall and I think on the other side is a bathroom for another store. I kept hearing sounds of people peeing... Didn't really add to the sexy lingerie mood I was in. read more

Great place for unusual pieces. Lovely staff and owner. I've found lots of items here over the years. The champagne is always a treat

Excellent customer service and quality. Will be back again to support this local small business.

I went into Flirt last week for an anniversary gift and was pretty disappointed with how expensive EVERYTHING was. A pair of plain underwear was $70 and everything else was over $100. Not to mention that the girl working there looked extremely bored and wasn't much help at all. Won't be going back. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service and down right crook. Jessica the owner told me, that after my husband purchased a $367 lingerie set for our anniversary, That the missing piece to the Set(the garter belt would be in with in a week in time for our anniversary). Two weeks later, and a week after our anniversary, the belt was still not in, when I called and asked when it would be in, she told me that the business was based on cash flow, and she did not have enough cash to order it yet(despite that she had our cash). At that point in time, I asked her to just refund the money if she had no idea when I would be able to get the set. She told me "no", and that was that. I'm still waiting for the resolution, I did contact the Better Business Bureau. All I want is the product, or my money back. I would highly suggest going elsewhere. The prices are very high, and I had assumed that, because so, I was spending on quality service and or quality products, or both hopefully. None of which happened unfortunately yet... read more

Quite disappointed with the lack of selection. They didn't have much to pick from at all and seriously, most of their bras and panties costed upwards of $70 each! They did have some other somewhat cute things (like pajamas and stuff) but even those were in the $120-$150 range. I can't see myself going back and spending that much on a thong is just silly. read more

I really like this place. A lot. As far as lingerie goes, the lingerie here is the best of the best as far as lines are concerned and definitely appeals to my aesthetic. Super sweet gals working here and a great selection of styles, colors and sizes. Classy, gorgeous, sexy and stylish. Love love love! read more

After driving by a few times, finally stopped. I will say the parking is a bit difficult. This shop has a great selection of classy/sexy bras, panties and lingerie. Very much worth the stop. I will be back. read more

One of the perks of being a girl....sassy, sexy undies! However, they can be harder and harder to find. As someone who will always shop boutiques over chain stores, I was delighted to find gorgeous items to splurge on, spruce up the under-wardrobe, etc. The staff is great - really friendly and knowledgeable (and there really is a lot to know about undies...). read more

A friend and I went in to find a bachelorette gift and had a wonderful experience. The woman working immediately gave us a few ideas and then politely let us wander around to shop for ourselves. It's certainly not an inexpensive store or very big, but the quality is there. And, it's not just lingerie -- Flirt also carries other fun/kinky games and accessories plus some really cute earrings that I was tempted by. Will definitely be back! read more

A great lingerie store. Pricey but the perfect place to buy for a special occasion. Some gorgeous inventory with very helpful staff. A definite recommendation when you want something really nice. read more

I made a $268 purchase and was told I had 2 weeks to return it , never stating for store credit only . After 7 days , never opening the bag , I returned to to Jessica , the owner of the shop , and was told " store credit only " . I never looked at the receipt . She adamantly stated it says on the receipt . My original plan was to be an amazing returning customer with future weddings in my family . With this policy in place it gives me no reason to return . I understand those few customers that need this policy .Just sending out a warning about the return policy in case you aren't aware . I will return and use my gift card ... then donate the lingerie . read more

Flirt is a magical experience. They have the most beautiful lingerie and the customer service is above and beyond. This is definitely one of my favorite shops in the twin cities! read more

Flirt boutique is my favorite place to shop for lingerie. Actually, it's the only place I enjoy shopping for lingerie. With so many beautiful items to choose from and personal shopping assistance, I always leave with some gorgeous pieces to add to my collection. As a country gal from out of town, I appreciate how easy it is to get to Flirt, park, and shop. There are other lovely shops on the block, a Starbucks across the street, and a restaurant coming soon. Grab some girlfriends and make an afternoon of it. You will not be disappointed! read more

Every time I go to Victoria's Secret I find myself wishing that there were some competition. It's not that I don't like anything that they have to offer, but every time their PINK section expands by an inch I shrink back a mile. Flirt may not be the perfect answer - it's typically a bit more expensive and the selection is less "everyday" than most of what VS has on their floor (underwear with giant bows on the rear notwithstanding, of course) - but it certainly provides a welcome alternative for me if I want to buy something unique. The retro, slinky, glamorous old Hollywood vibe that the store has is also a big draw for me. It's fun just to browse. Everything I've ever purchased here has proven over time to be really good quality and well worth the money that I spent (construction, material and design considered). The owner also has a really nice selection of accessories and jewelry, at least some of which I believe is by local artists/designers. Last Christmas ('08) I got a great pair of cashmere elbow length winter gloves and another pair of ribbed wool elbow length gloves on clearance and it was a great deal - I think I spent less than $35 for both. It's definitely a store that I leave wishing I could have bought more. read more

I LOVE Flirt! I never leave reviews but I want to give a shout to Valerie (I think?) and this gorgeous store. I have an uncommon size (36A), and Valerie (again, sorry if I misheard the name), worked with me for awhile to find bras that were both gorgeous and properly fitting. While the prices are high, for me it was worth it to purchase some special pieces that I feel comfortable and sexy in. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're looking for a special occasion or pieces. Thanks, Flirt! read more

I revisited Flirt since corresponding with the owner following my first review. I'm happy to report that I was greeted upon entering the store and I had a very nice experience with the sales person there this evening April 20! read more

I came into the Boutique and was amazed. With my mixed heritage I have curves for days, that can be hard to tame when you are looking for a specific look. The owner was beyond nice, she rolled up her sleeves and helped me try on anything and everything. And I mean everything. She had a "Your body is beautiful, let's dress it to show it off." Instead of the, "Let's squish and pad every part of you, so you look like a fake model that doesn't exist." mentality. I'm not a rich housewife, I work hard for the money I make, so I look for quality pieces that make me happy. If you want to go to a store that embraces your inner beauty no matter your bodysize, shape, or color, I would really recommend coming here. read more
