They pile in here to get the usual headache tablets and Lemsip's depending on their ailment of course! But this chemist offer much more. It has those fancy make up counters that are usually reserved for the likes of brown Thomas, it has a children's section that includes all sorts of accoutrements that are needed by babies and toddlers. Then there is the normal make up stands that fit into the shelving of the shop. On top of all this there is a stand that always has twinkly things hanging from it, little statues made of crystal, I have never bought one but they sure are eye catchers! The first shop opened in London in the 1970s and the products have gotten great reviews from happy customers, so it doesn't seem you'd be throwing your money out the window. Most girls love to pamper their skin a little, especially when we get a gift set of luxury cleansers, lotions and hairtreats. My other big issue was that a mask was applied and the therapist left the room and came back 10/15 mins later when it was ready to wash off. I generally use this as an indicator as to whether I feel like I've gotten value for money - most good spas will use this time to massage arms/shoulders so that you're getting some sort of the treatment for the duration of the appointment. I'll accept that I din't complain at the time - but felt awkward complaining that the therapist smelled... Definitely will not return.
