- Disappointed Despite a Friendly Staff Scheduling was very…read moreeasy over the phone, and the staff was warm and welcoming when we arrived -- which, especially as locals we appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn't meet expectations. While one of the technicians(Mia) delivered excellent service initially, she abruptly left in the middle of my husband's appointment to assist a walk-in client. There was no communication or explanation, and he was left waiting so long that he eventually left without receiving the rest of his service. That was incredibly frustrating and felt very unprofessional. As for my own service -- while I did receive a very relaxing foot and leg massage , the quality of the manicure left much to be desired. My SNS dip nails were uneven and lumpy, with excess product left around and behind the nails. The technician roughly clipped at and filed the overflow off my cuticles, which left them raw and jagged. It looked rushed and careless, and my cuticles are sore. The staff did apologize and mentioned being short-staffed, which we sympathize with, but it felt like the focus was more on pushing through as many clients as possible rather than giving proper attention to the ones already in the chair. Unfortunately, while there were some positives, the overall experience left us disappointed and unlikely to return.
