It was made clear to me that they have no interest or need in providing service to me. I explained to the manager that a complaint is a gift- an opportunity to make things right. She had no interest. How this level of service is acceptable is perplexing at this type of establishment. Needless to say, I am offended and disgusted. Will spend my money elsewhere and encourage others to do the same.

We ordered the apple specialty bourbon drink which was amazing and had pieces of real apple in it. After I switched to a classic old fashioned which she made just as good. By the way these are very strong drinks, well worth the $13 euro price tag. A guy then went to the small corner piano and began playing live music on a Wednesday night at 11pm! It was insane and he played some nice Earth wind and fire along with other American classics. It was such a great way to end a long day! Then, when it's our turn, they immediately recognize that we're non-locals and speak English to us. They were actually cordial, but said "Good evening sir - - €25 each!" Ugh, strike two. After descending into the cavernous space, which is actually pretty cool, you quickly realize it very small and the seating is all bottle service/"VIP". Then you also realize the crowd is not the hip, creative cognoscenti of Paris, but rather the Parisian version of frat boys and sorority girls, that have zero interest in art, culture and likely have zero idea who David Lynch is.
