The service is, as often in Paris, very friendly and dedicated. They will recommend the "Menu du jour", and the wine that goes best with what you ordered, from a fine selection. The foie gras is classically served with warm toasted rounds, freshly baked bread and fig jam. The outstanding surprise for me was the lemon zest on top which took the foie to another appetizing level.
