There is a decent drinks selection, several nice coffee stations, and a fantastic loose tea selection as well. There are sleek private bathrooms, and shower facilities. It was made clear to me that they have no interest or need in providing service to me. I explained to the manager that a complaint is a gift- an opportunity to make things right. She had no interest. How this level of service is acceptable is perplexing at this type of establishment. Needless to say, I am offended and disgusted. Will spend my money elsewhere and encourage others to do the same.
