I was told on Monday that someone would call me 30 minutes before my 9AM appointment on Wednesday. Fast forward to Wednesday at 9:40AM - No one ever showed and when I called I wasn't given any sort of explanation or apology by the receptionist. Just a simple "can we schedule for another time". When I further probed, is when she finally offered some version of an apology and told me she didn't see me on schedule. Why would I want to purchase a high ticket service from a company who can't follow through on simple appointments or offer any sort of decent customer service? Highly disappointed especially given the good reviews and the fact that I stayed home from work for this!!!!

The message was read and once again NO response that is NOT a way to run a business ignoring a potential customer. Bottom line if the job is too small for you just say so, Don't read and ignore me that is NOT a way to run a business!

Ed Saccomanno, Owner of Living Water Home Improvement, did, in fact, return to our home to address two (short) lengths of vinyl siding that had come loose over the past several years. We had some difficulty having this done earlier due to scheduling issues. Ed, as indicated earlier, is a man of his word, and, using his 30 foot ladder, snapped into place, two short lengths of siding that had become detached from the adjacent lengths. These two pieces of siding are located just beneath the roof line of our home on either side, much too high for me as the home owner, to safely address. Again, Living Water Home Improvement furnished and installed all new vinyl siding on our home including, cladding, where needed, shutters, vents, architectural details, gutters and downspouts. Ed worked closely with us when we were given the opportunity to choose siding and trim details including various styles, finishes, and colors. Although our project was completed several years ago, Ed and Living Water are highly recommended should your home require his services.

You want quality of work, go to ARM Roofing, HIGHLY recommend them - they fixed in one shot what Werkheiser failed to do, never complaining about "I need a new roof"... ARM Roofing showed me pictures of everything Werkheser roofers neglected - huge holes in my roof. Lesson learned, hope my experience saves you money and aggravation as homeowners.

The open shelving and the cabinets were not reinforced into the walls, had started coming loose, and were at risk of falling down. Joseph and his team solved my problem by building proper load bearing walls, and on top of it, helped to redesign my kitchen and reconfigure my cabinets space. The team handled everything from design, demo, ordering, move out/in, and reconstruction very well. Their attention to detail was spot on and I felt comfortable fully putting this project in their hands. Now I get more utility out of my kitchen from the details that the team put in--no more wasted space in cabinet blind spots, hidden corner lazy susan--and it looks amazing.

He took the money and did nothing -- no demolition, no construction, not even a permit filed (confirmed by our co-op management). Then he went silent. I told him my 83-year-old mother's health was declining, documented by her own physician, and that she couldn't safely be displaced for a renovation. I asked for our money back. He agreed on the spot -- then never paid. Months of silence forced me to hire an attorney just to get a response. Through counsel, he has already admitted, that he owes us this refund. My mother is 83 years old and sick, and this money is needed for her medical care. Yosef Tatik has known that since May. He has let a frail, elderly woman wait for months on a refund he has admitted owing her. He took our money, did not perform any work, and has shown no urgency or decency about giving it back. Do not trust this contractor with your money or your family!
