Fast forward to Wednesday at 9:40AM - No one ever showed and when I called I wasn't given any sort of explanation or apology by the receptionist. Just a simple "can we schedule for another time". When I further probed, is when she finally offered some version of an apology and told me she didn't see me on schedule. Why would I want to purchase a high ticket service from a company who can't follow through on simple appointments or offer any sort of decent customer service? Highly disappointed especially given the good reviews and the fact that I stayed home from work for this!!!!

I was looking for a certified epoxy contractor that can turn my nasty garage floor to a more…read morepresentable space and boy am I glad I found Lifta Epoxy Flooring. Abe from Lifta came out and gave an honest assessment of my garage floor fix and proposed many options and color schemes to fit my requirements. He promptly gave me a quote the next day scheduled start date on the same week. The Lifta Epoxy Flooring team arrived on time and with proper face coverings and started work on the floor. They properly prepare the floor which requires a complete sanding of the surface and repairing cracks before you can start applying layers. While his team worked he displayed real examples of all the endless textures and colors that can be applied. I took the silver base with gray swirls and metallic sparkles. The job took a total of three days (part-time) as each layer of coating (Adhesion, base, swirl, clear coat layer) needs ample time to dry and cure. In the end, the epoxy flooring looks amazing and I'm so happy with this work knowing it's also going to be a great investment into the value of my property.

Ed Saccomanno, Owner of Living Water Home Improvement, did, in fact, return to our home to address two (short) lengths of vinyl siding that had come loose over the past several years. We had some difficulty having this done earlier due to scheduling issues. Ed, as indicated earlier, is a man of his word, and, using his 30 foot ladder, snapped into place, two short lengths of siding that had become detached from the adjacent lengths. These two pieces of siding are located just beneath the roof line of our home on either side, much too high for me as the home owner, to safely address. Again, Living Water Home Improvement furnished and installed all new vinyl siding on our home including, cladding, where needed, shutters, vents, architectural details, gutters and downspouts. Ed worked closely with us when we were given the opportunity to choose siding and trim details including various styles, finishes, and colors. Although our project was completed several years ago, Ed and Living Water are highly recommended should your home require his services.

The craftmanship that put into the work was extremely well done and was treated like it was their own personal home. We spent well over 2 years going back and forth with our insurance…read morecompany about a repair due to a tree falling into our roof and breaking a number of beams, a hip rafter, and other 130 year old wooden structures keeping my house up. Needless to say, there were plans, revised plans, and a lot of communication with us and the town, AND the insurance adjusters (we had 4 before the repair was completed). Marcello was steady throughout. We must have gone through at least 4-5 revisions and alternative ideas to find one the insurance company would agree to (my house is a balloon structure, meaning there are no supports in the middle of the house. This required posts to support the new hip rafter, and supports for the post on every floor, so Marcello was creative). He and his crew made sure the repair was sound, safe, and when he had to put a beam through my living room to support my house, he made sure it looked absolutely beautiful (and added another to balance it), AND as though it had been part of the house since the 1800's. He is a perfectionist, and everything, from the paint to the craftsmanship to the moldings, was done to beyond our expectations. Would recommend him 1000%. THANK YOU for giving us our house back!!!
