Atélier B hits the spot when I'm craving a burger and don't want to sit down at a restaurant. I've eaten there before, but prefer to order to go and grab it on my way home: -10% for take away orders, and it's ready in 15-20 minutes.
Inside, the restaurant is small and almost sterile, like a black and white In N Out with few tables and chairs and a screen to watch football games. With the bar facing the door and taking up much of the dining area space, the place is convivial and you can always get the waiters' attention.
The burgers are good. Not my favorite in Paris, but they do the trick. I generally get the B.A.-B.A., a cheeseburger with cheddar, along with homemade chips (they do some mean sweet potato fries and regular fries too). The sauce and cheddar make the burger, and the meat is good and the right thickness, but the bun is dense and there are far too many red onion slices.
