You could taste, pick (and pay for) a bottle of olive oil to have with your meal. We purchased one, used it during dinner and then took it with us to use for the rest of our trip! Our waiter was very excited to talk with us because he had spent a year working in an Italian restaurant in San Francisco. And the chef came out to meet everyone, and when we told him we had been in Le Marche, he shared that a friend of his lost his restaurant in those horrible rains we had (Sept 2022.) A bunch of chef friends from all over Italy are going to get together in the off-season to see if they can help him rebuild. A great experience with unique & tasty food.

The restaurant is actually in one of the characteristic Trulli buildings and is very authentic. The wait staff is friendly and the food is delicious. We were worried that with all the tourists the quality of food would suffer, but we were pleasantly surprised. We had the grilled meat plate as a main course and it was sublime. The first time I went to Italy, it was a long time ago and it was a quick trip just to see the tourist attractions. This time I stayed a bit longer, went to Milan, and southern Italy.
