It's a chain but grew from local love around the area and is considered a fast food spot but holds all the local and unique Puglian dishes! He has done a lot of work by himself and the result is very nice and tasteful. They serve typical food from the region at lunch time. We had a huge antipasti with delicatessen and cheeses, parmigiana, a black rice pudding and fava beans with green vegetables. We could choose 3 home made pasta dishes (primi) and 3 types of meat as "secondi" (main courses). We were too full for a dessert but the food was overall very fresh and excellent. I explained to the staff that I can't eat any dairy so they adapted the recipes they served me on purpose! I'm pretty sure they could also adapt for vegan and vegetarian options, as the main ingredients in the menu were vegetables!! The choice of wine was excellent, the owner knows very well how to combine wine and food. They explained to us that they will start to offer breakfast and aperitivo (with fresh drinks and food) in the coming weeks. I would definitely recommend to go!
