Years later mold started coming into my walls, I called them out again, their employee came out and stated that it was a previous problem took pictures that had nothing to do with the leak (the problem was some caulk had not been applied correctly inside the shower) while they were trying to charge me for things unrelated. I am so disappointed in them. I can not recommend them to anyone and this is based on my personal experience which I have a right to.

Finally they called back, but because it took them weeks to figure it out, it is now past the 30 return so the answer is "no" again. If you are in the store they are very nice and prompt. If you are waiting for them to get back with you, well don' hold your breath. It will be a week or more if you are purchasing and 2-3 weeks if at all if you have a return. This allows them to go past the 30 days and you are out. Would not recommend doing business here ever.
