I cannot express how thankful and satisfied I am with Mike and the Rite-Way Foundation crew. My…read morerecently purchased home was found to have severe dry-rot, mold, and numerous other foundation problems that needed urgent attention. I tried working with several contractors for bids on my property, but Rite-Way Foundation went above and beyond anything I could expect, and they far out performed other contractors I spoke with. My 1,200 sq ft home needed a completely new pier-and-beam foundation constructed, in addition to the concrete foundation perimeter needing to be corrected as well--no small task, and something I was throwing a lot of money at to be done Rite! Mike's communication was timely, transparent, and forthright. As a single, young woman who just moved to the area, I especially appreciated not having pull answers out of him regarding the type of materials, cost of services, or worry about being taken advantage of. The Rite-Way Foundation crew had a sense of urgency for my situation, and were professional and personable each and every day they arrived. Mike and his crew went about their work in a way that made them feel like family, and I knew I was being cared for as if I were theirs. THANK YOU RITE-WAY FOUNDATION COMPANY! I am a customer for life, and will recommend them time and time again.

During demolition, they encountered some significant unforeseen issues. They immediately decided to do the extra work necessary to complete the project and still honored the price on the original estimate. I waited to provide a review to see if any issues came up over time, but a year after the remodel the bathroom still looks amazing. We have them coming out today to bid for a new project. We were 100% satisfied with the quality of their work. Definitely would recommend them!

Macias Remodeling did an outstanding job transforming our kitchen, bathrooms, entryway, and living…read moreroom. Maroni Macias works with his own dedicated crew -- no subcontractors -- so the project moved quickly without ever sacrificing quality. The craftsmanship shows in every detail: perfectly painted cabinets and drawers, soft-close bumpers throughout, a tiled backsplash and bar front, and beautiful luxury vinyl plank and tile flooring. The painters clearly knew their craft, with prep work solid enough to keep everything looking great for years. They even solved a tricky structural problem, turning an awkward two-inch step-down between our hallway and living room into a smooth, invisible slope. Maroni is hands-on and onsite regularly, keeping his crew organized and efficient -- no delays, no wasted time. They cleaned up thoroughly every single day, which made living in the house through the remodel far more manageable. Every request was handled quickly and politely, and the service went well beyond the job itself -- moving furniture back into place, hanging pictures, even cleaning our windows and glass cabinet doors and shelves. Highly recommend Macias Remodeling for exceptional workmanship and truly thoughtful service.
