So I did and so the day before my appointment I called to confirm and was told I did not have one and that they were totally booked. I asked to speak to the manager and she was like the gestapo and said you cannot make an appointment online. I told her it said I could on your billboard. She replied it doesn't work! This Bitch is anti-customer and yet they let her continue her disrespect to clients. Other customers brought in their dogs for their grooming with a legitimate appointment and 3 hours later while their dogs were left in a cage were told they are too busy to groom and you will have to come and pick them up. The dogs were hot and sweaty and upset! This is animal cruelty. How could anyone leave any pet in a cage for 3 hours and then tell you to come and pick them up!?! And they had an appointment! PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR PET THERE! AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT HURTING YOUR PET THIS WAY! A CUSTOMER WAS TOLD THAT "ITS ONLY AN ANIMAL!" PLEASE STOP TAKING YOUR PET THERE - THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PET!

My husband provided an email from the vet stating that she could be groomed. The manager got involved because Sam still refused to groom our dog. Sam overrode the manager's decision and the vets. So we are now going to to a different groomer. The manager was very professional. Sam was not professional or nice at all.
