Roger arrived…read morepromptly when promised, diagnosed the problem and suggested a solution that was perfect: identified the required part, located it, and fixed the stove so we could use it while the part is being shipped. I talked to several appliance repair firms and people in the area. Roger was the only one who made me feel comfortable. He is very trustworthy, reasonably priced, and doesn't appear to want to do unnecessary work. Moreover, he really appears to enjoy his work. He has my highest recommendation. A few months later our combo microwave/oven had shut off unexpectedly, and we felt confident calling them again for this since we purchased all of our appliances from the store, and they recommended them. They came out a few times between the week of Thanksgiving in November-December 2025. First it was an electrical board issue- which they rerouted so we can use the oven. We were told they needed to order a part, and they'd call us to schedule once they received the part. The part came in, but it was wrong and the job couldn't be completed. They needed to order a new part. That was in Feb/March... again they came out in April, and still couldn't complete the job because the part was not right. Well now it's almost July, we still don't have a working microwave. No calls. No communication. Kyle, the repair tech was professional, and timely. No complaints on the guys who came to do the work. The company is not charging us for the extra repairs, so of course this has fallen on deaf ears and we have not heard from them in months. We have had to purchase another microwave and put it on our kitchen island because it's been 7-8 months without resolution.

Technician showed up as scheduled, diagnosed a problem and then returned a few days later to do the repair. "You're all set!", he said as he left. There was no difference in my dishwasher's performance. I called back and left a voicemail asking for a repeat visit; no answer. I did this 4-5 times; still no answer. When I call now if doesn't even ring ...just hangs up. Did they actually block my number?! Totally disappointed with this. ...and they were not cheap.

On this given Saturday, I spent about half an hour walking through the various greenhouses. There are lots of interesting plants to look at - though many are not labeled - and in one of the building, the plants and flowers were for sale. There is also one area that was just for plants as part of the collection, which were really nicely curated and tended to. The community garden was also exquisite and quite dense. You have to be a member to participate, and you can tell that those who work in the garden know what they're doing. We saw some awesome tomatoes, rainbow chard, sunflowers, dahlias, and more. I can't wait to bring more people here to walk around.
