The last complaint email sent to Mr. Rawls was dated 4-7-2020. This company appears not to have any customer skills, nor do they care about customer service and return customers. I have instructed my contractor not to pay the "quoted" receipt given until such time that we receive a written response back from Mr. Rawls regarding our complaint and issues. Future customers beware of un-knowledgeable staff regarding Timber Teck products and pricing and poor limited product displayed. 7-5-2020 update to above: Mr Rawls still has not contacted us but instead had one of office staff make a phone call to us. It is very apparent that customer service is not a strong key issue with Mr. Rawls. It is a good experience for us that we now know that companies that have been in business this long, in the area, does not always mean quality! Warning, we suggest that small infrequent customers should look elsewhere for products since it appears that Hughes only likes to deal with bigger orders and companies.
