The Only is supposed to specialise in bagels, but the selection and presentation were poor. The bagels looked more like Russian bublicks, which are larger than North American bagels and are often oblong. I did not even want to spend $1.50 on one of these bland looking creations, and I think this was a good call after watching the one other customer eating a cheddar bagel. He looked unimpressed, and kind of disturbed. He kept looking at it and poking it, as though contemplating whether it was worth the caloric intake. Clare (the manager/owner) did us proud with a selection of wonderful cheeses, pates, sausages and baguettes plus a fois gras mousse than my daughter described as "EPIC" The result is my distant family think I am an OK Dad and Charcuterie Totoche are my new best friends.
