Beth took the time to discuss what I wanted to do before my first appointment. I sent her pictures and ideas and we went over options. When I got there, I felt really comfortable, and Beth was completely genuine and friendly which is a big deal when you are with someone for long periods of time. Not only did I love the color she gave me, but I loved her and her partner. I got a really good vibe there. I am not a huge people person, so for me to so quickly like someone and feel comfortable is really saying a lot. I would recommend this salon to everyone.

I have blonde hair and went in to get highlights and also add a few lowlights for dimension. She didn't do any highlights and when I sat in front of the mirror after washing my hair was brown with blonde blotches. After being there for 4hours they tried to fix it by stripping my hair and adding literally 6 highlights on top. My hair is still brown with an orange tint. I cannot emphasize how terrible my experience was and how they tried to downplay it. They offered to "fix" it if I wanted to go back in (for hours) but you can see from the pictures what a "fix" looks like. I've never posted a negative review on here until today. I cannot emphasize how terrible the overall experience was and still told that I had to pay.

I will be telling every single person I know to never go here ever they steal your money they give you faulty products and they treat you like absolute crap. Wow, just wow is all I have to say about this horrible horrible entity. my husband is 64 years old and they refused to let them tan because the information in their system was faulty and we had paid for a full month of tanning and we were only halfway through the month.
