The premise is simple: you choose your protein, you choose your "base," and you choose your sauce. A standard set of veggies is included, and you can also opt for extras. I got the Mrs. Tofu (one of the two vegan options, the other being Mr. Seitan). It came with a nice peanut sauce and lots of yummy veggies, and I opted for zucchini noodles instead of rice (an extra €1) and avocado (an extra 50 cents). The food came out quickly, the portion (large) was filling, and overall it was good (with the exception of the avocado being rock hard and flavorless). I don't think there's anything particularly remarkable about the food here, but it's healthy and tasty and just a nice spot overall. There are also lots of other vegan options like the desserts, etc., so it's a place that a mixed group of eaters can easily come to. I also really like that the outdoor area in front is mostly enclosed, so it was ideal for my toddler to still be outside but not be right on the sidewalk/street.
