The owner is very nice and always tries to get you what you're looking for. If he doesn't have it, and you know it exists, he will see about ordering it for you. I bought a nice little blue Dodger tank to go under my Piazza jersey. I know, I know. I still think Piazza was the shit. If you want to put your little one in sports gear, they carry a whole line devoted to babies and toddlers. Ladies, if you like Alyssa Milano's line, he's got that there too. He has cups, bottle openers, grill covers, lighters, plates, chairs, huge ass banners, etc. He also has another location on Hacienda Blvd. in Hacienda Heights. This is the spot for LA team gear! Same stuff you'll find everywhere else and more. Why go to the mall or swap meet when LA Jacks is close by, im sure they'll have what you need if not maybe they can get it for you. They appease the locals by carrying Raider gear but since im a Charger fan I can care less about that. Cool local joint with cool gear, im a fan! a great place to get Dodgers, Angels, UCLA, USC, LAKERs, or Clippers stuff (you can get raiders stuff, which is funny because they don't play for california, nevermind LA...) the prices are nothing to whine about, or rave about, but their selection is something that CAN be great if you special order something with them. read more

Do not go here if you are not buying something for anything else than an LA team. Wife asked for OC ducks Jersey and she said we don't carry anything OC related. A customer asked why would you want an Orange County team!!! Wife replied because I'm from Orange County (even though we own a business in Whittier and support all teams). I have had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Jack and he has always been friendly and professional. The employees who work at LA Jacks are always helpful and eager to assist. I can stop by at anytime and find whatever I am looking for. Just recently I was informed that the owner received an Award for his contribution to the Community and was surprised at how many of my co-workers shop at LA Jack's. Bad business if I could give 0 stars I would!!! Went in to exchange a gift that was too small all I wanted was a bigger size. The receipt said 90 exchange which was fine. When I told the lady that's what I came in to do. She looked at the receipt and she gave me a hard time saying I had to come 30 days from purchase date to get a 60 day store credit. I told her it should say that on there instead of just 90 day exchange. Luckily I was able to get a larger size after going back and forth with the woman. I usually like to support local businesses but this I won't support I rather go to the mall and pay the same price and friendlier service. read more

Call before you visit to find out for which teams they have items. I was there looking for Clipper gear and was told the owner was not a fan, so they do not carry anything. I walked out right away, but later heard they do not carry other local teams, such as the Ducks. If looking for Raider or Dodger gear, this is probably the place. read more

I've experienced bad customer service before, but this one takes the cake. I called the store to inquire about NFL Santa hats (specifically Raiders), and 2 people at once answered the phone. Jokingly I said "Whoa, two people answering ". Then a male voice says in a a short, rude manner, "Be quick, we're real busy". I said "Excuse me?" He repeats and says "Be quick, we're real busy right now. Normally we don't even answer the phone during Christmas". I just hung up. There's a call to support small local businesses these days, but it's hard when this is the level of service that's provided. Almost forces you to opt for going to the mall and give your business to corporate stores. It'a shame that this business is located and affiliated with a good city like Whittier. read more
