Super fancy chocolate shop located in the lobby of the Venetian…read more I stopped here on our way out of Vegas for a treat for the wife back home. She's a chocolate lover, so I figured I could find something great here. I found many fantastic options! The only problem here is the prices. Everything is pretty pricey. I've been to independent boutique chocolate shops before, but this one was priced even higher than others, likely due to its strip location. There is also no seating inside, but plenty in the casino. I ended up grabbing one of their cookies. It was double chocolate and reasonably priced. It was loaded with chocolate and was incredibly rich all the way through. The guy working the front counter was super nice and chill. He chatted with me for a while after my purchase. Next time I'd like to grab a sipping chocolate, as it seems like that's a speciality of theirs here. Overall, a great chocolate shop if you're willing to spend more than typical.

Absolutely love dandelion chocolate and their coffee drinks. Pretty interior, very clean displays…read more They have various chocolates displayed and some hot chocolate powders and more. I've tried their cappuccino, cortado, and their mocacchino (drinking chocolate with espresso and whipped cream). The cappuccino and cortado were standard ish, and their mocaccino was really rich and tasty. Funny how they tell us it's a really small drink. Love the whipped cream dusted with cocoa powder. Give it a lil stir to balance the espresso and chocolate. Comes with a marshmallow and a lil cookie. You can also get more marshmallows up front as well. Their pastries were alright. More pretty than tasty IMO. Love their chocolate bars and treats. Pricey, but so good. I've also tried their hot chocolate powders since they have flavors such as hojicha hot chocolate and chai hot chocolate. The flavors are a bit subtle, but tasty.

Royce Chocolate at The Shoppes at the Palazzo in Las Vegas is such a awesome shopping experience…read morefor anyone looking for some amazing sweets! The store's interior design is beautiful! All of the chocolate items are arranged depending on what you're looking for, like chocolate boxes, or bars. There are also a variety of options to select from, making it really difficult to narrow down which ones to purchase! My husband and I did try out a few different samples that the amazing team at Royce Chocolate offered! I selected matcha chocolates. They tasted wonderful. The taste of matcha was mild and had no overwhelming flavor! There was another matcha flavored chocolate box that was more of a cheesecake flavor, it was good, but I ended up going with their standard matcha flavor. Royce' Chocolate is a great way to add variety to your walk through The Shoppes at the Palazzo in Las Vegas and I most definitely will go back and try additional flavors next time. I think I'll try to buy a bag of one of their chocolate covered chips.

I had an amazing experience here from the Yelp Elite event so I went back to stock up some on some amazing Royce Chocolates. Today things were different. Nobody said a word about the chocolates and nobody offered any samples. The girl working here just said, "what do you want to buy?" I did say that I was uncertain about a few flavors that I read about in the catalog. The one I was most interested in she did say was located in the refrigerator and just pointed instead of telling me about it. I just purchased two boxes of the seasonal chocolate covered macadamia chocolates since I know that they are amazing. Side note to locals - I recently found out that we don't always get our three hours of free parking here. Certain Sphere shows are considered to be special events and those evenings cost $30. to park.

Came in to get some Belgian truffle chocolates to bring home. Store was bright and very organized…read more I tried a lemon flavor sample and liked it so much. I wanted something for myself and hubby wanted to bring some to his co-workers. I picked a 10 pieces box with assorted flavors, I liked the lemon and salted caramel the most. The sales rep was so friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I also got chocolate lollipops and berry bites. Hubby got a bunch different flavors of chocolate bars as gifts. The packaging was very nice as well. Overall the experience was very pleasant! Those chocolates have no preservatives. They use the finest Belgian chocolate base. The chocolates are handcrafted in the states. So they are the highest qualities of chocolates!

The disappointment was not the flavor of the chocolates. It was the bare minimal of customer service. The young lady who helped us was all smiles but did not really know the flavors she was selling. Which to me was not a big deal because she was nice about it. However the other employee, the blonde young lady with the glasses was either having a bad day or just unpleasant in general. I purchased a box of chocolates for my friend birthday. On another display there were chocolate bars that they had put together and tied with a ribbon. I asked her if she can tie a ribbon around the box I was going to purchase. She looked over to her colleague, the blonde who shook her head, no. So I asked if they can give me the ribbon and I can do it myself and got another no. I didn't think cutting a ribbon would have been such a big deal they had scissors and the ribbon. So basically their strong point is NOT hospitality or good customer service skills at cocoa dolce.

We just so happened upon it and had been looking for chocolates to take home as gifts. Nancy was working and she is the sweetest!! We were enticed by the free samples she offered and decided to purchase a few items afterwards. I liked that they had both sweet and savory options, and the line wraps around the display cases so you can look at everything before getting to the front to place your order. There was also a little seating area next to it so we could relax and enjoy our food. In case it's full when you go, there's additional seating down the hall that we didn't notice until we left. Once we ordered our food, it felt like only 5-10 minutes passed before we got it, which I think is pretty fast. It also came in a fancier to-go container with a transparent lid, which definitely helped maintain the presentation. The egg white omelet wasn't too heavy, and I liked how it was flatter, which made it easy to split so my husband and I could also order a crepe. The strawberry and cream crepe we chose had a decent amount of strawberries on top and a generous helping of whipped cream on the side. They had a Nutella option, but none with both. I'd recommend asking if they could add it if that's what you're craving. Pricing here, I think, is fair considering how much food is generally in Vegas. Would definitely come back if I stayed at this hotel again, since all of the pastries looked so good!
