Both the burger and fries were delicious, and the server was very friendly, though it took them a minute to notice that I was there. The truck appears clean and well-lit, and they have menus both on the truck and on a stand off to the side to make it easy to see the options. My only negative is that the takeout containers are just open cardboard sort of bowls with no lid, and for a place with no seating where people are meant to take their food with them, this makes the food difficult and messy to transport. Regular takeout containers would be much more helpful. I will also say that $19 is a lot for a takeout burger (with tax and tip) however good that burger was. Definitely a splurge for me.

Slight crisp with some gumminess, it's quite clean and not heavy, perfect with onion and cilantro. Their red sauce is quite spicy btw, so don't pour it over your taco. The pastor didn't feel heavy but was oily and the meat was tender too with adequate flavor, not salty or too seasoned. They were both seasoned but not heavy on the stomach. And best of all, corn tortillas!! The mulita was on the oily side, had a little bit of a crust but definitely will make you food coma. No cheese stretch. Overall, great taco place :) not too heavy. At first glance I didn't see a food truck set up at the usual area, but eventually noticed their pop up station at the covered tent sheltered from today's rainy weather. Friendly folks who took our food order just as quickly brought it over to our table a few minutes later. Delicious double cheeseburger and crispy seasoned shoestrings. I visit Havana Grill whenever I want some tasty oxtail.  I noticed oxtail was one of the specials.  Last time I visited the oxtail was on the regular menu and you could order it anytime. Oxtail was extremely tender and juicy.  The mix of beef flavor and the spices in the sauce were delicious.  This is my favorite oxtail dish in town. French fries were crisp and had a delicious fried flavor.  The oil was fresh and there was no aftertaste.  Excellent fries. Pineapple upside down cake was dense and did not have a fresh baked aura.  The outside part was starting to harden like it was getting stale so I guess it was baked at least a day ago.  Cake had a mostly mild flavor.  I didn't taste the pineapple though the top was lined with it.  I did taste a ton of ginger flavor.  It appears pieces of ginger were mixed in with the pineapple.  I love ginger as part of soy/ginger seasoning for fish but not in a cake.  This is one of the worst pineapple upside down cakes I have had.  My favorite is at Roy's where you have to give them 30 minute notice and they bake it to order.  Roy's version was piping hot out of the oven, was moist and fluffy, with amazing pineapple flavor. The cabeza and birria were the highlights, both offering such succulent, well-stewed meats. The salsas were super yummy as well, especially the salsa verde (the tomatillo one not the avocado one), which brought amazing flavor to each taco, with a magical effect on the birria.

So we went to the bar where it was full and waited 5 minutes for a table to open up. We ordered the lemon pepper shrimp appetizer, michelada, and Maui draft. The michelada was delicious. For dinner we had the sushi tower, panko fish taco and the cod fish and chips. The lemon pepper fried shrimp never made it out. The sushi tower had wonton chips and a red, green sauce on the side with pickled ginger and wasabi. My order of fish and chips was slightly disappointing. This was a cheat meal for us so the fries were cold and hard. Note to kitchen: don't serve cold, hard French fries. The cod came in 3 pieces and had a nice tartar sauce. The fish taco was huge but it was dry and needed either more sauce or lemon. Hostess: 1 star Bar staff: 4 stars Kitchen: 2.5 stars Result avg= 2.5 stars Wish our dining experience would have been better. I would have bought a shirt.
