My regrettable negatives, if I'm being honest, my nails look like they were done at 10 different salons (20 if you include my toes). Shape and length were not well done even after I asked for them to be evened out to my shortest broken nail. I can shape my nails better and I suck at that. And only after I left did I realize that I didn't get the "chrome" finish on my nails that I selected. 24hrs later the gel polish is already peeling. I paid $80 and left a $20 tip.
