The cake itself is moist and delicious. She offers a variety of fillings such as lemon, raspberry, chocolate etc. My favorite is chocolate with raspberry filling. The outside of the cake is made from fondant and can be eaten. I am not a fan of fondant and therefore normally do not eat it. Terry is an independent baker who bakes from home. She has a book of pictures of cakes that she has made. But if you have an idea of what you want she can design a cake just for you.
