This place is amazing. I wish the dentist was like this when I was growing up! My son looks forward…read moreto going because it's such a fun environment. They also show him how to brush his teeth properly. With a 3 year old, it's been great to get great habits built in early. He now loves to brush and floss his teeth! Highly recommend!

Had the WORST experience with Dr. Dimick. I've never been so disrespected by a so-called…read moreprofessional. I had called to establish dental care for my daughter in April (this month) and notified them on the phone call that I could see a developing cavity in my daughter's mouth. I specifically asked if they could treat cavities in office for her (knowing she's a toddler based on her birthdate) and they said they would need to do an evaluation and would do treatment a different day. They NEVER told ME DIRECTLY that they can't handle sedation treatments for toddlers. We proceeded to come in and evaluate the cavity only to be told they can't treat cavities in office for toddlers. And it wasnt in a polite "oh I'm sorry you were misinformed" or "I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding." No. Instead, Dr. Dimick rudely interrupted me, held her hand up, and told me she would read through transcripts that would show I was told. Lo and behold, the transcripts never show them telling me. Supposedly 5 months prior (December of 2025) when my husband was calling dentists to find a dentist for our kids, he was told. I was not told. And 5 months later when I'm calling to establish care and I'm specifically telling them there's a cavity, why would they not "reiterate" such vital information?! I would NEVER have wasted time and money there if they would've been transparent and upfront with me, and confided they that are unable to treat cavities in toddlers. What is the point of a pediatric dentist who can't treat?? And more so, a dentist who so rudely claims to have told me things they did not. Absolute insanity and a waste of time. A scam of a dentist as I've found to be common in this area...Take money from you and claim they "evaluated" but doesn't have the ability to treat. It's laughable if I weren't having to pay out of pocket for wasted appointment and X-rays.

I brought my girls to HCPD after their first dentist stopped taking our insurance. I was sad to…read moreleave their first dentist b/c my girls loved them and he and his staff had been so wonderful, it seemed. Well, I was very, very lucky, b/c he had been missing bad decay that my girls had accumulated over the years. What a wake-up call! Dr. Manshadi was incredibly patient and understanding with me and the girls (who were 4 and 7 at the time). He and his staff did a fantastic job with my very anxious 7 year old, who had 4 cavities filled and a tooth extraction. Not to mention a very anxious and guilt-ridden mother. The only problem we encountered was this: despite heroic efforts, he wasn't able to treat my 4 year old without GA; she was too squirmy. He tried repeatedly and didn't charge me, and was being responsible by "not starting something he couldn't finish". He suggested doing the procedure under general anesthesia, however we decided to see if someone with more experience could do it and found someone who was able. I don't blame him for this at all. As for the review where the person said Dr. M found lots of cavities and then another dentist said there were none, I would recommend a third opinion. In our case, the tooth that was extracted from my 7 year old was visibly in terrible shape (in fact, I had asked the prior dentist about what looked like decay to me and he said it was just discoloration!!!) and my 4 year old had to have an emergency crown put on her tooth during her procedure b/c the dentist showed me that the decay went down to the root (this wasn't visible on any xrays, only once they started drilling). I understand that no parent wants to hear this news and put their kid through the difficult procedures, but it's much better to catch it early. So, Dr. Manshadi has my complete trust. I think he is cautious and thorough, and handles even difficult patients with kindness and great care.

Very friendly and kind, I would definitely recommend this place. The lobby area is really clean as well as the rest of the place. The doctor looked at my kids teeth and everything went well.

I've taken my 2 year old daughter to Loving Pediatrics twice and she loved it both times! Before…read moreour first visit, she struggled with brushing her teeth and would fight me every night, so I was worried about her first dentist visit. Luckily the office is very kid-friendly, and the toys in the waiting room loosened her up before they took us back. Every member of the staff clearly adores kids, and they were great at interacting with her without overwhelming her. She had such a great experience that she was excited to go back for her second visit (and she suddenly liked brushing her teeth, but I'm unsure if that's related to the first visit or just the whims of a 2 year old). Overall I highly recommend the practice. The front office staff is sweet, the hygienists are skilled, and Dr. Loving is helpful and kind. We will keep coming to this office as long as we live in North Austin!

My daughter,…read moreyoungest of four kiddos suffered some really challenging medical trauma before she was 2 years old and the memories of that fear and pain lives in her body. She's cured every time she walks into a medical office of ANY type since she was able to communicate. When we walked into the dentist office for the first time it was no different. She was terrified. Dr loving and her team met her in her fear and held her. They have tenderly and patiently nurtured her and helped her rebuild trust not only with her body, but also with her medical providers. Giving her space to ask questions, taking time to show her and patiently moving at a pace where she could engage the courage she needed to step into situations and spaces that felt scary and overwhelming. Including things in her mouth, shots, x-rays, any anything where she felt a loss of control. Today we went in for an emergency visit, she had cracked a molar and turned out she needed a crown. 1 hour later we walked out with a smiling little girl, who she'd maybe two years before the procedure started. She did amazing and she left feeling proud and happy about her new "princess crown" a feat that ONLY happened because of the care and attention that has been provided by Brandy and her team. I can not recommend them enough. I have kids ages 15 - 6 and have had multiple different dental experiences since becoming a mom, hands down THIS IS THE BEST! I wish we had known about her earlier and can guarantee we will be with her as long we she will see my kids. I'm so thankful and feel like they have not only helped instill confidence in my daughter related to her experience at the dentist, but they have truly helped her heal from medical trauma that could have caused anxiety for the rest of her life. The best. Thank y'all so much!
