She refused to quote me a rate on a car unless I bundled everything (I currently have everything with state farm) The woman was rather unpleasant and finally I just had to ask her "so you cannot give a quote for a single car?" She replied no and I hung up. Guess I'm sticking with State Farm - if the service is that horrible just signing up , how bad will it be if I have a claim. Very disappointed with the Appleton office!! While this was a NEW experience for me & the Board, Kelly assured us that she would keep us informed/funded during th entire recovery process that eventually lasted about five months. As one can imagine, we had to work with major contractors (inc WPS) and smaller (one/two person) shops who could not afford to wait weeks/MONTHS to be paid, something that Kelly was completely aware/respectful of. I can not underestimate how valuable AOI and Kelly were during the process which (in some estimates) got owners back into their units months earlier that initial guesstimates.
