After receiving…read moreweekly email ads to try their auto insurance I decided I would give them a try since I am buying a new car. I called the Appleton office and a woman called me back. She refused to quote me a rate on a car unless I bundled everything (I currently have everything with state farm) The woman was rather unpleasant and finally I just had to ask her "so you cannot give a quote for a single car?" She replied no and I hung up. Guess I'm sticking with State Farm - if the service is that horrible just signing up , how bad will it be if I have a claim. Very disappointed with the Appleton office!! Maybe another office will have better service.
