After 2 hours, I looked thru the window of the service Dept and noticed my car sitting out back in a lot so I ask the lady if they'd started the work yet because I'd just reschedule. She went to check and wouldn't even come out to face me. She sent a mechanic out to tell me that they started the work, they just were doing it to the wrong car and they offered me a free oil change. I missed work for this appointment and that didn't even cover my lost wages. What incompetence. Making sure you had the right car is the easy part. I don't think I want someone that incompetent working on my daily drive. I won't be back.
