I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service I received. I enjoyed discussing the joys of travel with Inesha and Dr. Lee because it's not a snooze fest! Who knew you could actually enjoy a dentist visit? Dr. Lee was very thorough in his review, explanation of treatment, and care. I felt very informed and prepared for what is and what may be in the future. 10/10 on the communication front. Daisy & Inesha were aware of the unnecessary and costly treatment plan I received at the last place and didn't waste my time trying to upsell me or add charges, she actually saved me money. Thank you ladies! Simi was super welcoming and explained the treatment to me and was even kind of enough to share her own testimonial with me about what to expect. He is kind and gentle and I HATE PAIN. I have referred my family and they were equally impressed. Dr. Wang and his staff are like family. His staff is courteous and professional. The office is modern, clean and you can even watch television while getting your teeth cleaned or fixed. So I can say the care, quality and integrity is on point. He will even call you himself to check up on you after a procedure. This makes him so personable. He is fast, but precise and I love Daisy the hygienist. She cleans my teeth perfectly. Earlier this year I received a crown and experienced significant pain and multiple rounds of…read moreanesthetic. Within days, I was experiencing significant discomfort. A second opinion from another provider confirmed that the crown had been placed incorrectly and would need to be completely redone. I was forced to pay out-of-pocket for corrective care, including a new crown and additional treatment. What made this experience even worse was the dentist's behavior during the procedure. While working on my teeth, he repeatedly changed the music mid-treatment, checked stock prices on his computer, and at one point was shopping for a new dental chair on eBay. This was all happening while I was in the chair receiving care. In addition, he performed all parts of the visit himself--including the X-rays, cleaning, and crown work--with no hygienist present. Not only is this a red flag in terms of practice standards, but it also led to a rushed, chaotic, and impersonal experience that clearly compromised the quality of care. When I reached out to request reimbursement for the failed dental work, I was met with a dismissive and hostile email. Rather than take any accountability, He refused to engage in a professional resolution and instead told me I should "take it up with the dental board." The level of care and professionalism I received was entirely unacceptable. I am now in the process of filing a formal complaint with the state dental board. I strongly urge others to think twice before seeking treatment at this office. Dental work requires trust, skill, and focus--none of which I received here.
