I sometimes order in advance and they freeze 5 or 10lbs of brats so I save on the ice in my cooler in the summer months. For the hunters, they also process hundreds of deer and other critters and often work with the local farmers. Hoff's is a hidden gem about 2.5 miles west of Rte. 41 on Rte. 49.
