However, one time I went there, to the 12 items or less aisle--with 12 items, and the cashier hassled me mercilessly!!! Some older lady, I think her name was Sandy? Anyways, the second I stepped into line she said, "You know it's only 12 items or less, right?" Me: "Yep, that's why I'm here, I have 12." Her: "Okay...." (keeps staring at me, shaking her head, thinking real hard about what she's going to say) Her: "It's just that we only have room for so much, you know." Seriously, this lady was like a bulldog! She wouldn't let go! At this age, I hope I'd be able to count to 12, geez. So I gave her an earful about being hassled and went to another store. Now, I usually avoid the older cashiers. When asked if replacing parts without authorization or without knowing the cause of the problem was standard practice they had no answer. Told them I was coming to pick up my car and I would take it elsewhere. When I arrived I was told it would be a few minutes because they had to jump the car. Drove the car home and it hasn't started since. Wasn't a problem before. Had to tow the car to the next repair shop. Charged $40 for the "repair".

While we were there they delivered an accurate order, came and cleaned some of our trash up before we were ready to leave. We saw a young worker help an elderly couple out the door. I had a young man thank me for coming in and have a great weekend. My husband accidentally dropped his cup and the manager ran over to clean it up and told my husband not to worry. This was the best service I have seen in a very long time with a very young staff. These kids are getting trained and led by a great staff and will be doing great things in the future.
