In 2020 and 2024, our E-Cycling collection program was awarded an Electronics Collection Excellence Award by the Wisconsin DNR. Our Health Equipment Lending Program (HELP) loans durable medical equipment like walkers, wheelchairs, and hospital beds to those in our community. Donated equipment is safety checked, repaired if needed, and sent through an industrial sanitizing machine and absorbed into the inventory of equipment, ready for lending to clients. HELP was mentioned in the Harvard Health Letter in March 2020 as being an accessible and user-friendly resource for people with durable medical equipment needs. Good News Project facilitates international trips for volunteers with a heart for service. These trips to the West Indies focus on providing housing, education for sustainable living, and companionship for the poor. Due to travel restraints, service trips have been put on hold until 2024, though our efforts continue via donations of health equipment and other relief supplies.

I started working with them in 9/25 and they made me jump through hoops. I made ten calls to them and tried to coordinate through my doctors. Finally on 10/22/25 it seemed they had everything they needed. On 10/24/25 they told me they couldn't ship the cpap equipment, because of new regulation. They are so bad I don't believe they could stay in business. I have not had fresh cpap equipment for 6 months and now I have to start with another company from scratch. I really am blown away by how bad they are.

I spoke with Brooke on the phone who helped me and told her I would be in to pick it up soon because he just came home from hospital and would need this at home. At arriving at Rapid Rehab I was told my husband had to be there to sign and fitted for walker. This was never told to me during my many conversations with Brooke. Jodi and Jessica both told me they assumed I knew he needed to come to sign. It was very difficult sending email for my husband to sign as he a cancer patient was just discharged a day ago from hospital stay. He will probably need a wheelchair at sometime and I will not come back to Rapid Rehab and I will share this horrible experience with my insurance and Lacrosse Mayo Hospital and Rochester Mayo Hospital.

That fast-tracked my need but most places were closed or disinterested in helping until after the new year. Bruno hotlines dispatched calls to franchisees who gave only roadblocks and delays. Until I called ON THE GO MOBILITY directly and spoke to the owner, Craig. No fuss. No muss. He knew what i needed. ON THE GO MOBILITY has the expertise and product knowledge to impress finicky shoppers with little time to waste. They measured on Thursday and installed the following Wednesday. They were respectful of my space, wore masks and removed shoes without my asking. They were meticulous with leveling and left me happy with my choice of product and people. I've been on a CPAP machine for over a year and they said that they would order masks and replacement materials as they become available based on my insurance. I called them six months after I originally got the machine from them and asked what was going on with the expendables that I should be receiving. The owner said oh I'm sorry the person the person who set up your account didn't remember to put the notices in. Then the owner ordered the rxpendables for me. It took months for the stuff to get in because of back logs that are affecting every business. That's understandable. So they called me when the expendables show up and I asked them to hold it there and then I would pick it up when I come through town. Every time I've been through town they've been closed. Today, I finally was able to come through town and I called them in advance just to let them know that I'll be coming by to pick up the order that they specifically called me to tell me that was in. For the second time, the excuse was that they didn't see my order in the system. They would be happy to sell me the materials I need at retail cost, But they couldn't help me until the owner gets back in another week. This company makes so much profit on medical equipment, it's ridiculous. I'm giving them my business and 3 times now they have failed and I'm still using equipment that should've been replaced based on my insurance plan a long time ago. There are other options for businesses to go to. Avoid this one like the plague.
