Today, I've called four times - first time resulted in an immediate disconnect after completing a few prompts, second disconnect happened even faster, third the same as the first, and then the fourth time I made it (finally) to the actual hold music and after 5 minutes heard a new automated voice say, "Sorry, but we're experiencing some difficulty. Please call back at a later time." I'm switching after this round of refills. This is crazy in the making.

My pump was authorized, so I filled up. As I was checking out, they person that rang me pointed out that they were prepay or pay at the pump. I said, oh, you have never been before, I just did what I always do. He says, "We just went to it yesterday." He then proceeded to talk down to me like this was my fault that I had been able to get my tank filled and pay inside. Here is an idea, instead of talking down to your customers, and insinuating that it is their fault this happened, do what every other gas station does and take the "pay inside" option off your pump. I won't return to this station solely for the way I was treated and talked down to. Way too many other stations and Holidays that treat people nicer.

And the prices are very reasonable. The bathrooms are clean and this chain is popular all over Wisconsin. They also sell some Fruits and veggies like garlic and tomatoes and bananas. The reason they don't get five stars is because for the food section there are not really any vegetarian options. This is very typical of the Midwest. Staff are friendly.

Store was well stocked with lots of options for food and beverages. Customer service was great, too! Both gentlemen helping us were friendly and patient. What was a complete bummer was our warm drinks when we finally were able to taste them at the fields down the roads.... Sad face. Hot chocolate was so watered down it tasted like just plan hot water and the coffee wasn't good either. Cappuccino ended up being okay. We actually ended up not drinking the drinks and threw them away. Unfortunately, a waste of money and still freezing.

No toilet paper in the first one and waited 8 minutes for other one to be open and there was VERY little toilet paper in that one.
