For some reason the gentleman I was wanting coffee did not charge me. It was more coffee. And I noticed many gas stations especially the holidays sometimes they don't charge you.

Today their top-shelf coffees/lattes Karuba Gold was only $1.19 +tax. Great! The only problems with this Kwik Trip is it's not a direct in-and-out station (have to take the side road to enter/exit); and the pumps can get busy during the day hours (just try to be patient people). I try to time my visits in the evenings when it's not busy.

The problem was the GM spent far too much time at the restaurant and didn't know one thing about what the assistant manager was up too. long story short I called corporate and got approval on the adjustment on the stay considering they put us in a huge huge room at 500 a night and it had 1 bed!! and there was 5 of us for an extended stay! at 500 a night!! she called the piton us and they said we had to leave!! we just got approval from corporate!! I WAS IN TEARS THIS WAS DISAPPOINTING SHE LAUGHED AS WE PACKED UP OUT THINGS! she is horrible not to mention the fee was never correctEd because corporate said it's an in house adjustment that THEY NEVER DID!! It was like listening to a surgeon and his nurse get tools and equipment handed off like a well designed program. I had just suffered the loss of all my oil from a car X appointment a couple days earlier and the oil filter had been left on tightened.
