This is a really good gas station, here in Stillwater you can't really find new gas station but this one is cool and just close to the highway. They also have Redbox outside.. cool beans...!! read more

This location just went to pay at the pump or prepay. Cool, that is the norm we all live in now. Today I hit pay inside, not realizing that they had changed. My pump was authorized, so I filled up. As I was checking out, they person that rang me pointed out that they were prepay or pay at the pump. I said, oh, you have never been before, I just did what I always do. He says, "We just went to it yesterday." He then proceeded to talk down to me like this was my fault that I had been able to get my tank filled and pay inside. Here is an idea, instead of talking down to your customers, and insinuating that it is their fault this happened, do what every other gas station does and take the "pay inside" option off your pump. I won't return to this station solely for the way I was treated and talked down to. Way too many other stations and Holidays that treat people nicer. read more

Almost as okay as Kwik Trip. A great alternative to that, Clean location. Decent selection of stuff. Never has anything on hot case when I get there unfortunately Really frustrating. read more

I stopped for gas and to pee quick while traveling home from a wedding in WI. NICE gas station! I swear when I walked in it smelled like fresh caramel corn or something yummy! Clean, friendly staff, tons of gas pumps to choose from, clean restrooms, huge selection of snacks and drinks.Nice! read more

Poor experience again today with the staff inside. Employee assumed I drove off after pumping gas, but didn't pay attention that I'd immediately came inside the store ... AND hit the "pay inside" button at the pump. Employee was disrespectful, as he sighed that I'd caused an issue and challenge for the station. Really?! I inconvenienced him. I have a high tolerance for people that work in the service industry. But that tolerance quickly thinned with this person. He said someone else would need to resolve my issue (really?!, again..."my issue"). When the other person came out to "fix my issue". The 1st employee didn't even give this guy the courtesy of getting them up to speed. So, we both had the joy of an awkward moment, as I had to state why "I needed special help". To top this off, I had my kids with me in the store (4 and 2 yrs old). And was getting water for them, which turned into a treat for them being so good and patient. I will not be back, and will share this story with my friends and throughout my social media. Bad service should not be tolerated. read more

An employee was accusing me of stealing something when I clearly wasn't because he could check the security cameras also because I'm 13 and saw a lighter that was laying on other rack to put it on the rack he thinks I'm stealing it too. read more
